Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt confident at each stage. We lost our first mortgage due to legal issues with the property and thought we would lose the house but Ellen was able to find us a lender who would still lend within a matter of days so that we were able to buy our dream home! Ellen also ran us through all the various products that we were offered explaining them in great detail so we could choose the product that worked best for us.
