I do not recommend doing business with Viela Clothing or Joana Rožkovaitė. My experience was very poor. She promised to make a dress within two weeks, but I received it after four months. The entire process was stressful for me, marked by delays and constant excuses.

When I finally received the dress, it looked like a bag. Joana said that this was how it was supposed to be, even though I clearly remembered how it looked when I tried it on in the studio. The dress was supposed to be tailored to my measurements.

Eventually, after some back-and-forth communication, they were able to adjust the dress to fit me properly. While the final result was acceptable, the whole experience left me feeling like I didn’t even want to wear the dress anymore.

I won’t be buying from Joana or Viela again.

Nors užtruko pagaminti suknelę, Viela komanda viską padarė, kad gaučiau ją laiku. Suknelė buvo pataisyta, kai kilo tam tikrų nesklandumų, ir buvo išlyginta bei supakuota tvarkingai. Rekomenduoju, jei ieškote stilingo ir unikalaus pasirinkimo.

The dress was just perfect! I don’t remember when (if ever!) I received so many compliments.

The owner is also very lovely and professional - I needed a dress on a very short notice, and she found the best way to make it work.

Been a client of vielaclothing for over three years now. I own an oversized jacket and an evening dress, tailored according to my measurements. I also rent the dresses from time to time for various occasions. I’m in looove with the brand. The designs, the fabrics, everything is so elegant & high quality! Worth the price! Highly recommend!!

Service was always impeccable, when I had hard time choosing the dress before buying, I would get great tips from the seller and recommendations according to my wishes. The coat I got from Viela clothing has been one of my favorite pieces from my whole wardrobe, maybe ever. It’s made of a superior quality fabric and the oversized fit makes me feel like I’m wrapped in a hug. 100% recommend, the quality is worth the price!

I can't understand the negative reviews here. This was my first time ordering from this company and I had a very positive experience. The customer service was very helpful and the dress was of great quality.
I had to request a return because I ordered the wrong color. I hope the return process will also go smoothly and my payment will be returned.

I wanted a dress for a wedding of a friend on a short notice. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive. They helped me choose the type of dress, assisted with fabrics and colors, made modifications of the design. At the end, due to my measuring errors the dress was too tight. However, they fixed it in one day! I absolutely love the dress. Highly recommend!:)

I have made two purchases in the last year, one from the winter coats collection, another from their summer occasion dresses line. Both times communication was very easy, I received great advices and the fact that both pieces are custom made (from measurements, to selected colour), makes my purchased items even more unique. Will definitely return to Viela and highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for minimal yet elegant additions to their wardrobe.

The dress fits me very well and I was able to tailor and adjust it as much as was needed. Also on the day of the celebration I had a small hiccup with the dress and sinve the tailor was in the same city, she was able to fix the issue within 10mins and save my day! Overall the dress is totally different quality from any mass-production fashion brand which is essential for special day wears. Super elegant design too.

I usually don’t write reviews like this, but I feel compelled to share my experience so others are aware. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Communication was prompt until I placed and paid for my wedding dress order. Afterwards, I had to repeatedly follow up to receive replies, and my dress was delayed by several months. This forced me to pay a local tailor for necessary fixes, as the dress was not as expected and I couldn’t risk sending it back for adjustments so close to my wedding. I also ordered a cover-up, which only arrived a week before the event. The brand never admitted this, but I have our original agreement in writing on email. Additionally, returning a veil (also not as described and unused) has taken them over a month to process with no resolution yet. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this brand to anyone.

UPDATE: I changed the review from 1 to 3 starts, as I received the refund for my veil (beginning of sept’25) + a gift card. They have acknowledged that this should have been handled better, and they are very sorry. I’m happy about the solution, but still would like to have avoided my bridal dress situation.
