After we discussed my measurements the coat Ada was sown so nicely and it fit me perfectly. This piece of clothing is really warm, good quality and is a perfect investment piece in my wardrobe!

Terrible company. Took a very long while to get any update on my order (placed in May 2025!!) and then it just kept getting delayed. Eventually I demanded a refund but never got anything till this day. I had to send a new message, because they didn't reply to the original emailthread anymore.

Edit on 3 February: no update, no refund, they keep on delaying. Promised me a scarf too, and of course didn't manage to send that as well. Do not buy!

Edit on June 2nd: still no refund and they don't reply to my mails anymore.

Viela clothing brand has surprised me by walking that extra mile in their customer service. I felt looked after and supported with any questions or requirements. And I had quite a few. The clothes - excellent.

I received the Ida coat 10 days after placing the order. The quality is really excellent, it looks beautiful, and the feeling when wearing it is simply magical. I’m very satisfied! Thank you!

Worst company ever! I am still waiting for a refund because they never shipped my item. I am waiting for the refund since August 2024!!!!! They keep telling me to wait until my refund is to be issued .

Norėčiau pasakyti didelį AČIŪ Viela komandai už nuostabius gaminius! Turiu kelis jų kurtus drabužius, paskutinis - Ada paltas. Labai geros kokybės, matosi, kad pasiūta su meile ir rūpesčiu, ko didžiosiose parduotuvėse negausi. I reached out to Viela on September 10th to ask whether they delivered to the US and how long delivery of a coat would take. They responded that the coat would be delivered by the end of September. I paid for the coat within a few days but did not receive any confirmation. After reaching out to them, they responded stating that the payment was received and the coat was in production, but would be a bit delayed.

By early November I had still not heard anythign and had to chase them to check on the status of the order. I finally received an email with a UPS tracking number, but after a week it still said the package had not been shipped.

After I chased them again, Viela told me that something went wrong with the UPS shipment, and that they had initiated a new shipment with DHL. They sent me a tracking number, but DHL said they were 'missing an invoice' from the company. I contacted Viela to inform them. After a few days they told me that something had again gone wrong with the shipment, and they are making a 'new jacket' that will be shipped 'soon'.

I then requested a refund and the team was at least kind enough to refund my money promptly, which I appreciate. However I lost a lot of time and worry dealing with this and did not receive the product. I cannot vouch for the quality of the products but communication and management of production need to be improved.

For my wedding day I chose Viela and didnt regret any minute. Communication was precise, money wise for such a beautiful work and personal touch was great value. Dress was elegant, modern but as well I know thst even after 30 years looking into pictures I will be "that" bride which looked perfectly on so special day.

I have bought a dress from here for my friends wedding and I have to tell you - it fit like a glove! Some alterations were needed for sleeves (I am tall and the sleeves were too short initially) and they were adjusted very quickly. We had some initial miscommunication in the beginning as I needed my dress finished earlier than I was given the fitting dates but we have managed to agree on the timeline that fit me. Thank you so much for a quick turnaround time and a beautiful custom fitted dress!

My university graduation dress was made by Viela, it was the most chill and beautiful expierence to have it made by this amazing designer!

I bought my wedding dress from them 2 years ago, the experience was great and smooth, I loved the quality and overall everyone thought my dress was beautiful and original. I hope to buy from them again soon.

I ordered a dress from VIELA and the fabric and color was absolutely wonderful. The fit was great and just trying it on for the first time made me feel gorgeous. It took some time for it to arrive but it was so worth it. The customer service was one of the best I’ve encountered.

One year on and I’m still thrilled about my gorgeous and practical Viela coat. I wore it just the other day, and even while biking in the wind, I was snug and warm. The service was also exceptional. Would definitely recommend!

I bought a coat from Viela a while ago already. The service was great and they even let me have customer color which was very nice! The quality is great and I expect to be wearing the coat for years to come. A bit expensive but worth the money for quality and care.

I was planning to get my wedding dress from here and had great communication up until the point of paying the invoice. Following that, despite knowing my wedding would be less than 6 months away, they gave few and far between responses. I sent numerous emails asking for fittings, details on the dress only to be ignored. It came to the point that I had to find an alternative for my wedding dress and the whole process caused so much stress.

Since then (two years ago!) I am still today chasing for my refund. I have send emails, messages on instagram and over the course of the last year, had a handful of replies which were either mere acknowledgments of my message, or claims that they had refunded me the money - they did not. I pressed to ask for evidence of the payment and each time they ignored this query.

They have no respect or compassion for their customers, and you should no entrust them with something as special as a wedding dress, or your business generally for that matter

Update (9th January):

I received communication IN OCTOBER 2025 that I would get a full refund (plus 20%) and custom coat. The refund supposedly to be received by November.

To date, I have received €90 euros (not even covering the amount I’ve paid) and nothing else.

Very nice service and very personal in the approach. Excellent quality in the dress and in the sewing - and I received so many compliments for the dress!
