I had a copyright claim placed erroneously on a YouTube video that included a music clip from this site. After my appeal was denied, I reached out to Videvo for help. Simon replied and followed-up with the audio sourcer. Within a couple of days, the copyright claim was lifted. Communication was clear and consistent throughout. Copyright is a serious issue when using stock footage or audio and I appreciate that Videvo took it seriously and worked quickly to have it resolved.

Be aware that this stock footage company has an R-rated content filter that you have to activate.

There is content on this website that is NSFW and there is no obvious warning on the website's homepage that this is the case.

You will be exposed to the content without warning and by the time you are you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Do not count on their money back guarantee. What they have in actuality is a standard refund policy for accounts with "minimal use" an amount which they nebulously define.

Their bold lettered assurance that their yearly plans come with a "money back guarantee" is more of a slogan than it is a reality.

Beware of this company, their prices may be low in comparison to other stock footage companies but it comes with a cost.

It could mean exposing you, your co-workers, your employees, or others to NSFW content, and filling the companies pockets in the process.

This started out fine then iStock Photo buys the company and holds the content hostage, which they seem to be doing with all of the reasonable stock companies.

Sneaky, sneaky. Be careful when selecting a plan if you're trying to download sfx. They're their own thing apparently. Only the most expensive plan gives you access to premium sounds, because uhhh.... reasons?

This is an anti-Christian, anti-Trump, Anti-American, platform. I have had a very difficult time finding useful video files for my American Christian music. Very few pictures of happy families. NO videos of evangelical worship. Precious few videos of any Church. Way too many pictures of women in bathing suits. (I am not looking to produce porn!) Very disappointed with this service. I will not use it again.
