They have a variety of cool audios, although it's a shame that 80%(maybe it happened to me) of them are premium.

I have brought I year subscription but I didn’t got any videos regarding to my project which was so bad . I had canceled the subscription . I was waiting for the money return back but still I didn’t get any reply through mail about returning the money back

I wanted to download a single sound file, and signed up for a premium account in order to do so, but found I was still unable to download any sound files. It turns out that you can only download sound files at all on the most expensive premium subscription, but the site makes this sufficiently unclear that I only realized that this was the issue when I googled it and found out that other people have been complaining about the same issue for years. Company representatives have been saying for years that they would do what they could to make their features more clear. They do not appear to have made any effort to clarify this issue, and it doesn't seem at all intuitive, or frankly reasonable, that the service of downloading sound clips should be available only at the highest tier of premium accounts. The only support they offer for resolving this issue is with upgrading your paid account, and I do not want to upgrade to a $25/mo monthly prescription in order to download a single short sound clip.

They didn't make it clear that the lite package doesn't include any sounds. This thing is bull.

tried to purchase subscription and it keeps saying "Can't process payment" even though i know i have the funds. then i try to pay with PayPal but it brings me to a "developer/paypal page with alot of links that doesnt even make any sense. Like i expect to click a button and be brought to a page that i can enter in my information. TOTAL BOGUS and a WASTE OF MY TIME!

after subscribing, I downloaded a song, used it in one of my videos, and got rejected by YOUTUBE! WOW! I want my money back!

This platform is very good ...but some videoclips I can't

I paid for five premium downloads, found sound effect clips I wanted and then found out I have to pay $25 for the pro package even if all I want is a single 30-second sound clip. I was willing to pay $5 for it. Apparently, that's only good for full videos. I don't need or want a full video.

This is stupid. Five paid-for premium downloads should include the whole library. It's misleading and predatory.

Awesome company! I've used their stock videos as backgrounds and overlays for my livestreams and I like their vast collection. Their pricing is good as well for what you get. I would definitely recommend Videvo.
