I order over a week ago no sign of dispatch tried calling no reply. Sent an email asking when deliver would be no reply to that either.

Not impressed to be told over a week later, that my purchase is not due to be delivered for at least 8 weeks. You are trading under false pretences.

This company has a fabulous range of products, which was the reason that I used them. Unfortunately, their service is very poor. I ordered a completely new range of bathroom fittings from them and was badly let down when I tried to return an item, with the company completely ignoring my e mails. I most definitely would not use this company again.

Full confidence in this company,excellent communication from start to finish on a mirror that needed to be re manufactured.

I ordered taps in January and after weeks of no contact or delivery I contacts them to be told the taps were in stock but the leaver handles I wanted were not. I was told that if I took delivery of the taps I would get normal handles with them and I could wait u til the leavers arrived. I did this but no handles at all came, leaving the taps useless.

After numerous phone calls I was told I would receive temporary handles, which I didn’t not. Two weeks later I phoned to see what’s going on to be told my leaver handles were on their way. They arrived days later but with no fixings or any way of using them.

Again, many calls later, talking to people, emailing photos someone finally h fees told what the problem was and told me it would be sorted, guess what, it wasn’t. I was finally told they would pass it on to the manufacturers so they could send me the bits I needed directly. Well this was three weeks ago and nothing. I have had to spend money to by spare parts make a way for the taps to work.

No contact to keep me updated
And still not the full item I ordered.

I recommend to put the slight lot higher price from a reputable dealer and get exactly what you need.

I can’t recommend this company at all. I ordered a radiator element for our Burlington radiator, they’ve sent me the wrong item twice! I’ve followed the returns process and have never heard anything, tried phoning but no one ever answers the phone to try and get this resolved! I would avoid this company at all costs as it’s clear they don’t value their customers and have no idea what good customer service is!

Fantastic service beginning to end. Whilst I have taken delivery of the products and briefly examined them, it will be a week or two before they are installed. From what I have seen they are all exactly as expected. Good quality.
