From call to customer experience lady (Dixie) to the conversation with electrician (only an hour after first contact) I can say the service was excellent. The advice was clear and precise and stopped me drilling where I should not! My thanks to all.

Yearly gas check
Yearly gas check was done and there is an issue with boiler, the service engineer explained in detail the problem and will be sending someone out in the morning .He was very thorough professional and friendly ,left everything clean and tidy.Very nice chap.Quick on response to deal with issue .

Visited my parents at Gill Sike House…
Visited my parents at Gill Sike House last week. I understand they are putting a new lift into the building but that doesn't effect the entire building, the tower block is filthy and considering the residents pay a service fee it really isn't good enough, doors, floors. Windows, lights all terrible used to be such a lovely building a shame it's gone down so much.

I've had a faulty boiler losing pressure and not turning on.
It only took about two minutes for Vico to answer the phone.
The lady I spoke to arranged for an engineer to call and he was here within two hours.He sorted the problem in hardly no time at all.
