Vibecraft team is falsely accusing customers of cancelling orders post-dispatch and then attempting to impose unjust penalties. Such actions — including coercive messages over WhatsApp demanding 20% fees — are highly unprofessional and unethical.
I placed an online order on vibecrafts.com which was very delayed in dispatch so I formally informed them to cancel my order on their official business whatsaap group. Still they forcibly send the order which i denied and was delivered back to their godown. After multiple reminders on whatsapp and email still they are denying refunding my amount and threatening me to deduct 20% for order cancellation. I also wrote to their official founder email 'nidhipankajgarg@g**il.c*m'. Still no reply from them.

I placed an online order (ODVC2421594045) on June 29, 2025, and even after 2 weeks, there has been zero update or progress on the order. I contacted their customer support multiple times via WhatsApp and email, and every time I received the same copy-paste response with no actual solution.

There is no option to cancel the order on the website, and even after clearly requesting cancellation and a refund, there has been complete silence from their side.

This kind of service is not just unprofessional — it's pathetic and highly suspicious. It honestly feels like a shady business, and I regret trusting this platform. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from such untrustworthy websites.

Stay safe. Don’t fall for flashy promises with no accountability.

I ordered a painting from Vibecrafts.com (Order ID: ODVC242151563) and received a defective piece — incomplete print, uneven margins, a red mark on painting, and a poorly stretched canvas that bends at the center.
I raised the issue promptly and followed up at least 5 times over several weeks. While the support team responded initially and acknowledged the issue, they failed to arrange the promised reverse pickup, citing vague courier issues — even though I live in a major and well-serviced location.
Despite showing patience and even offering to courier the product back at my own cost, I received no confirmation or refund. The complete lack of resolution, despite my willingness to cooperate, is deeply disappointing.
This experience reflects a lack of professional responsibility in handling post-sale issues. If something goes wrong with your order, there’s a high chance you’ll be left chasing them endlessly — with no closure.
If you’re considering ordering from Vibecrafts, think twice. I cannot recommend Vibecrafts based on this experience.

I have ordered paintaing and it was defective. Now i have been following with then from last 1.5 months from exchange or refund.
They are giving bonsense reason, that you pincode is not serviceable by their courier partner for return or exchange.
I am quite surprised, how come whitefield in bangalore is not servicable.

The product is of cheap finish and looks like a cheap copy of the product described in the website. DON'T BUT FROM VIBECRAFT !!

I ordered a bathroom mirror with storage that was listed as 24in x 32in, but what I received was only 16in x 26in—a significant difference that makes it unusable for my space. I’ve been trying to contact the seller for the past four days, but there has been no response so far. This is extremely frustrating, especially when you expect the product to match the description.

The mirror itself looks fine, but the wrong dimensions and lack of customer support make this a very disappointing experience. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to get a replacement or refund. Be cautious if you're considering this product.

I bought a product of Acrylic Floating Wall Painting Set of 2 with cash on delivery. Its defective product with broken at the corners for paintings. I raised for exchange with an email and whatsapp . after 3 weeks i understood its a fraud website with many such reviews online. Till now i didnt get any response.

The painting doesn't have golden border floating frame as shown on your website. you sent me black border frame. The color looks dull and faded which means it's a old stock. it does not look beautiful glossy as shown on the website.

The package despatched through Delhivery courier is on hold in their warehouse of Bhivandi Maharashtra since 31 May 2025. Delayed.

Their customer service is bad, no one is concerned about, no call no feedback. There is no point of contact to discuss the issue.

I ordered a table from Vibecrafts and immediately realized that I had entered the wrong address. I tried to contact their customer care to either change or cancel the order.

It took them five days to respond, only to say that they couldn’t cancel the order. (Thankfully, I had chosen Cash on Delivery.) This experience made me realize that if the product turns out to be defective, they won’t offer any support. Their customer service is extremely poor and unresponsive.

If you write a review on Instagram or Facebook, they will quickly delete your comment.

Complete Fraud

I ordered a painting for which i paid online.
Guess what? I never received the painting and was told it is delivered.

No response from their team even after repeated follow-ups.

My advice: Don’t buy stuff through insta ads, and if you do, do not pay online.

It is a fraud company. They send broken arts and then do not reply at all.

I ordered a painting online and received it in a damaged condition — the frame was broken on arrival. To make matters worse, customer service has been completely unresponsive despite multiple attempts to reach out. Very disappointing experience. I expected much better quality and support for the price I paid. I would not recommend buying from this seller.
