Worst experience with vibecraft. They sent damaged item. From past one month am following up with them through whats aoo n mails. But they have not yet picked up the damaged item.

No proper respinse from them.

It's a fraud company no response on WhatsApp I received a painting not how it was shown on the website it's different I want to return the product but no response from vibecraft scammers

Total fraudster,unprofessional and thieves. I had received a damaged product but never got my refund or replacement.

The product was received but without Tax Invoice. Even after regular followup no TAX Invoice issued. They are evading taxes.When you drop message I get a reply after 7 min that they are away currently whereas WhatsApp shows online. Beware before buying from them.

I believe you are defrauding genuine customers. I placed my order on August 2, but it seems you are only playing a blame game. I am requesting that you either deliver my order or provide a refund, as I have received no updates. This situation has affected me mentally. Please refund my money.neither they call not respond on email .they are big fraud

One of the worst experience ever. Its a fraud company without any phone number for customer support. They delivered damaged product and not taking it back since 2 months. Everyday they update through mail with new lame reason as why they are not able to pick the product.

67 emails have been exchanged but vibecraft is unable to find any reverse pick up services in a city like Ahmedabad.
Dec to aug.... Same content in the email.... No solution

Sent third class painting and wall mirror. Chor hai yeh company

fake products…does not match with the one shown in pictures on the website… an 8k mirror cabinet for bathroom is having too heavy mirror which is impossible to fit onto wall..they never shows the actual product reviews on their website…no customer service atall…please do not buy anything from here.

Pathetic service. They gave me an extremely heavy mirror with no fittings in the back to attach the mirror to the wall. They have given the attachments but it’s not possible for us to attach it to the mirror. Very very very disappointed. I always like buying from small businesses but these kind a companies are the reason people hesitate

A faulty product was delivered. Images were shared by WhatsApp and Email. It’s been almost a month and the product has still not been picked up. No customer service attitude. Take a week to respond to an email… that too a standard response without any concrete step. They don’t send anyone for assembling the product, so this kind of response time is atrocious if the product is faulty.

TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY. PLEASE DO NOT BUY.

They sent me damaged product and are not responding now. I texted in whatsapp and email within 24 hrs but there is no response from them. They blocked me.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Vibecrafts.com has been so frustrating and dishonest that I feel compelled to warn others.

I ordered a product (Order ID: ODVC2421560495) in June 2025, and what I received was a defective, misaligned item that looked nothing like what was shown on their website. The hydraulic lifts were missing, the finish was poor, and the top was uneven.

I immediately raised a return request and shared photos, videos, and multiple emails. Despite this, their customer support kept sending copy-paste responses, repeatedly asking for the same information I had already provided.

They acknowledged the issue but refused a return initially, citing a ridiculous "no quality return" policy. Only after escalating repeatedly did they agree to pick up the item — which, over two months later, still hasn’t happened.

Every week, I received the same false assurances:

“Our team is working on it,”
“Courier partner couldn’t pick up,”
“Escalation team will call you,”
— all complete lies.

Not a single person from their “escalation team” ever contacted me.

This has been a clear case of consumer rights violation, breach of trust, and gross customer negligence. They have not refunded my money or picked up the product to this day.

Buy from Vibecrafts only if you want:

Substandard products

Broken refund promises

Two months of frustration

Zero accountability

Absolutely disgraceful experience. DO NOT TRUST VIBECRAFTS.

Pathetic products and pathetic service.

I ordered two mirror cabinets from them. Suits me right to buy two from a small company rather than Amazon.

Both products were poorly constructed, literally as soon as they were installed the mirror hinge broke from the cabinet. It couldn't even hold in place for 10 minutes.

Stay away from them as much as possible.

VIBECRAFTS is a total fraud 420 company. they will send substandard and damaged products and then they will not exchange or refund your money. They don't have any customer care number where you can talk to a executive. they will just reply with same messages in wats ap and email occasionally. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I have ordered Wall Frame prepaid, its been 2 weeks but no update whether its shipped or not.
I was unable to find anything with my orderID, its showing incorrect details tried multiple times.

PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING from this. Nothing is reliable from this website.
