More initial information needed
I did not know that my donation is tied to the price the car is auctioned for. The car was valued at about $5,000 and we wanted to sell it for $3,750.00 obo. Based on the paperwork from the tow driver, our donation may be substantially less than it's true value. If we knew this initially, we most likely would not have donated the car to your organization

Choose a different charity.
Called and requested same day Saturday pick up which they said they could do. They took all my info and said the tow company would contact me shortly to arrange the pick up for same day. No one ever called me that day. Called back on Sunday and was told they would pick it up on Monday. Advised that wouldn’t work for me and they said they would call me back in an hour after they spoke to the tow company about coming on Sunday. After 3 hours and no call back I called them again. They said they weren’t able to arrange a pick up for Sunday. Don’t use this charity as they can’t even return a phone call. Many charities actually do what they say they will do, not this one. Wasted almost the entire weekend waiting on Veteranscardonatios.org for even a call back Found another reputable charity who picked up the car the same day.
