I bought my first Toyota in Barnsley from what was then Burrows, and was totally satisfied with the courteous, friendly, well informed service. The annual service was conducted efficiently, and I had no problems with the car for eight years. So, I went back for a change of car and experienced the same, brilliant service as the first time, with a friendly sales person, well informed and with an extremely efficient manner.
A very positive experience with an outlet which I thoroughly recommend.

Easy process buying a used car

The whole sales experience didn’t feel pressured, it was relaxed and friendly with a real feel of family values, which was important as we were shopping with our daughter for her first car.

Daniel Kattab approached us whilst we were just having a look around, he directed us to a suitable car and ensured we were informed over the cars spec and also what the dealership offered too (service / warranty etc), he facilitated a test drive and engaged with our ‘shy’ daughter extremely well, framing the sale just right. We were informed of the offer which brought the price down to what we were willing to spend, which in our opinion made the sale a good deal, so we agreed, we have also taken some of the after sales insurances too - which if Dan hadn’t have taken the time to patiently explain, we probably wouldn’t have accepted.

On collecting the car, again Dan took the time to explain how the car ‘worked’ with our daughter and it was a lovely touch to speak with the manager too.

very impressed with all the staff I dealt with at Toyota Vertu Barnsley particularly with Simon who oversaw my purchase throughout. I was so impressed I took out the service plan and though it's not my nearest Toyota dealership I intend using them in the future.

I was looking for a new EV and Toyota Barnsley had BZ4X stock and good finance deals.
Having got confirmation in writing the purchase went ahead with minimum fuss and a couple of emails expertly steered by Darren in Sales.

Hand over was professional handled, the car was fully charged and pristine, and Darren explained all the controls and later followed up by phone to make sure everything was in order.

Whole process was drama free and 10 out of 10 for Darren for his customer service

He simplified all the jargon; listened to what I wanted and guided me to choices which met my requirement
He did so with humility, humour and empathy. Nothing was too much trouble. He was quick to answer any questions I sent by email and kept me informed as to progress of delivery and build of my car
Unlike other car salesmen I have met he didn’t pressure me to buy a specific car or add ons

When I collected my new car he was a paragon of patience - explaining how the features and how to drive the car

Customer service was excellent. The car sales consultant demonstrated great integrity in his role, providing thorough, detailed explanations of each stage of the purchase of my new Yaris. This was delivered in a very friendly and hospitable manner.All in all it was a pleasure to deal with the company.

We had a young but confident, pleasant and knowledgeable sales advisor take care of our every step in our purchase of our amazing new Rav-4 GR Sport. Vertu Motors gave us a great all round experience in a relaxed atmosphere with none of the old pushy sales patter.
