Myself and my partner went in only intending to look at a potential car, and came out with a brand new car that we were able to pick up a week later! Lucy was the best sales advisor we could have asked for - she greeted us as soon as we walked in, and talked us through the whole process as we were clueless! She was patient and we never once felt rushed or pressured. We were able to make an informed decision thanks to her brilliant advice. Lucy answered all of our questions and kept us updated during the week that we were eagerly waiting to collect our car. We felt so at ease with her handling our sale and couldn't thank her enough for her kindness! Stuart was incredible as well, guiding us through the sales process and regularly checking in to make sure we were happy, and that we were getting the best deal! I can't recommend Peugeot Exeter enough, we felt as if we were in safe hands the whole time.

Glen was absolutely professional, kind, approachable, and helped us to understand everything very clearly. I have Asperger's and I find this type of procedures, completing forms and admin things very challenging but Glen Padgham was very understanding and politely explained things in different ways. He was patient, knowledgeable, and even used visual aids to support my understanding, it is the first time ever in this field that I experienced that! Stuart Foley was also incredibly helpful and professional, his approachability and support helped us to make a decision! He also supported Glen in the tech process, showing his attentiveness. I have had Peugeot cars for years and their support made it possible for this to continue. Excellent service, really recommend them, very professional and the place looks very clean with an elegant display of cars!

Absolutely Hassle free purchase!

After having a purchase fall through on a Volvo, after informing the other dealership I wouldn’t be buying the car I made the initial phone call to Vertu Peugeot (Exeter). Spoke to Ben, him and the team went above and beyond to help make the sale go as smoothly as possible.

Within 3 hours of the first phone call I was driving away in my new to me car. Primarily between Ben and Stuart they had everything ready to go and got through what is usually a pain staking process of paperwork and admin unbelievably quick all while ensuring everything was done properly.

Extremely impressed by this buying experience and they have retained a customer, I’ll be back for my next one!
