The team were very helpfu in choosing my brand of car.

When we visited Vertu to look at a new car we had no idea what to have. Stefan was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient and kind. We decided to go with the ID3 after a test drive.
Had to wait a while for our desired colour blue (reason for 4 stars and not 5)
When arrived there was an admin delay but not fault of Vertu. We were treated with respect and great customer service until we collected our new car. Made to feel like it's a big deal. It is, and a happy one. Thank you To Stefan and Jamie.

Had a brilliant experience with Vertu Mansfield- from booking the appointment to buying the car -the service was excellent. Kieran sent us a video of the car before our appt which was a nice touch - he was informative and helpful without being pushy. Love our new Tuscon - competitive price and really impressed! The friendly and efficient way the member of staff dealt with me and did not put pressure on me to make a sale until all my questions were answered. Everything was explained on a useful test drive. Good Customer relations was evident.

Moved one of our other cars (non-Honda) from another dealership to Vertu Honda in Mansfield because of the consistently great service they provide. This review is from Feb 2025 where Jonathan Brett went above and beyond in ensuring our non-Honda car was serviced in accordance with manufacturers guidance which was brilliant. I my experience with this dealership, the work is always carried out perfectly and as such I do think they have the best mechanics and equipment. Main dealership pricing I think is perceived to be more than at an independent but even if that were true, the team at Vertu fault find and are actually quicker at fixing the issue and so what I've found is that the pricing is not that much different. I've been going to Vertu Honda in Mansfield for car servicing and repairs for a number of years now, it's always a great experience and today was no different! Most recently I went to Vertu Honda today for a service, MOT and knocking noise coming from the front. Tom West provided the perfect customer experience and is really such a nice person to deal with, I do always appreciate great service like this. Tom kept me up to date all the way through with very detailed information which was brilliant. Regarding the work carried out, the fault was identified very quickly with a video message showing the issue, this I think is such a great feature Vertu provide and sets them apart from others. I'm always impressed by the cleanliness of the workshop (as shown in the videos), high level of work carried out (never been back once a repair has been carried out) and the technical expertise of their mechanics which I feel far surpasses other garages. I had an issue with my SRS unit, the advice I was given by Thomas West enabled me to purchase a replacement part elsewhere (part is temporarily unavailable through Honda due to supply issue) and have it fitted by Honda Mansfield, fixing the issue and making my car safe to drive again. I can’t thank them enough, a gamble that has paid off. Can’t fault their customer service, prompt service and ease sorting out a difficult car issue. Thank you

This is about Vertu Honda Mansfield.
Firstly the work they have identified and done are always spot on. They offer various add-ons like flushes and stuff but there's no pressure. Honestly , I did check the oil,brake discs and belts that were replaced at first, due to a previous bad experience with a rival manufacturer. Of course they were done, and the car was cleaned to a inch of it's life when I got it back.
Tyres are pretty much the same price as I could find elsewhere, as were brake pads/discs.
Plus the service package seems like excellent value, it's about £22,/month on a 8 year old Civic. I even got an extended 3 year warranty at the last service to take it up to 11 years for a very reasonable amount (£500 ish).
Lovely service staff there, helpful and knowledgeable or they'll ask the technician to speak to you directly. Definitely the best franchise dealer I've used, I normally switch as soon as the warranty expires.

Amazing service from the lovely and helpful Milly. From when I enquired about the car and she sent me a detailed video to going to pick the car up, nothing was too much trouble.
When I arrived at the garage and proposed a deal a decision was made quickly.
They went out of their way to make the experience feel special and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I booked a service for major service with this garage (Honda Vertu mansfield)through bookmygarage, first of all they put the wrong engine oil , I asked both customer service on the phone and face to face if 0w20 oil was OK for my car , they said yes it should be OK, and he said that it shouldn't blow my engine, outside we he handed me.the key after service, I asked again is 0w20 engine.oil OK for my car, he said listen this oil 0w20 we put in your car is better than what was in there originally, he meant it was better than 5w30 , I knew something is off and they just trying to steal my money , so I called Mercedes, they said 0w20 is a big no and would damage your engine , so I immediately went to halfords and bought 6 litres of the right engine oil and took it to some garage to drain the oil and add the right oil , I told the garage they were shocked , they check coolant it was low so Hona never topped up , break fluid low , nothing is done , if I hadn't made that call to Mercedes and ask about the engine oil now I would be a lot of money out of pocket , basically they just stole my money without providing the service promised , now they might say but we told you it was 0w20 oil , my answer to that is , I asked you back is that OK for my car and you said OK let me ask the manager then you cam back with yes its OK not a problem , then the customer service who handed me the keys after service done he confirmed that it was OK and he said listen this enginenoil is better than what was originally there , basically Honda tricking people to make money , and rip people off, that's not nice from a company like Honda seriously , where is my money

A great customer service experience once again at Vertu Honda in Mansfield. I can honestly say that in the 28 years I've been driving this is the best dealership and car workshop I've been to. From walking in through the door, all staff members whether they are dealing with you or not acknowledge you with a smile, this goes a long way to making you feel like a valued customer. The workmanship carried out is second to none, whatever is done, is done properly and not simply thrown in, like brakes, when Vertu Mansfield replace these, they ensure all surrounding components are cleaned up as part of the work. My Accord is a 58 reg, it's old but mechanically in great condition and I attribute this to the staff at Vertu Mansfield. Special mention to Rebecca Percy who provided exemplary customer service. As a customer I appreciated the way she dealt with arranging my appointment, my many queries and always getting back to me with answers to my questions. Rebecca went above and beyond by actually taking the time to understand my car's history and actually listening to me as a customer. The car went in for its MOT today and some front brakes, I can safely say the MOT was carried out honestly and the brakes fitted perfectly. I have the utmost trust and confidence in the mechanics and all staff there. Many thanks, see you in a few months for its service!

My experience has been great with the service department. Rebecca percy really did go the extra mile for me. She was really helpful in sorting out some problems i had with my car. She was very professional, efficient, & always very friendly. I would highly recommend vertu Honda Mansfield. Great team of people.
