Booked my tipper in for diagnostics 27…
Booked my tipper in for diagnostics 27 February , dropped off the day before ready to be looked at the next day.
I had to chase for weeks as they did not look at in on 27 January They kept saying they were looking at it tomorrow and then the next day. It got looked at on 4 march.
Collected on the 5 march to find out they had taken the tow bar off for no reason and left it on the bed of the tipper .
Appalling service .

Going the Extra Mile
On finding the right car buying / trading in a car with a dealer over 200 miles away can be stressful, but the pre and post sales experience was professional, courteous and very helpful without feeling pressurised. Our new Ford Puma
