Do not get your used car serviced here , here is a list of issues I have had with very poor service .
1 : gear box serviced , didn’t work smoothly so I took it back , they couldn’t find anything wrong ? Ended up taking it to grants in wellington (specialist very good ) they found they didn’t put enough oil in 2.5l short.
2 : paid £199 for wheel alignment still out after 2 visits .
3: car serviced asked at the desk has it been updated on the car , he said yes got home No and 1litre of oil short .
4: first visit paid £2000 car went into limp mode , at the desk they say before checking if our quality of work is good we charge for a diagnostic ( made aware 3 times before they checked on 3 visits .🫣

Service manager poor at responding to your emails , eventually managed to get my bill paid from the other garage and the wheel alignment money back , summary too many junior mechanic issues , hoping my gearbox didn’t get damaged after 400 miles of driving it without enough oil !!!?🤔

The ix is a belter and this is my second ix from BMW. I dealt with Mark who was awesome, knowledgeable, helpful and a great character.

The service recieved from Craig (sales) was great he was in a lot of contact via email/phone regarding signing paperwork etc so I didn't have to go into the dealership, until today when it was 'new car day!' Thanks to Beth for her hardworking behind the scenes.

Popped into Vertu motors in Bridgwater today to collect my new BMW M2. It’s an absolutely stunning car and absolutely chuffed to bits with everything about it.Had it factory built and from point of order to collection the guys at Vertu Bridgwater couldn't of been any more helpfull and really did make the whole purchasing experience a pleasure.Matt made reveal/collection day a great day and will definitely be returning again for my next purchase ……….if you want a great car, great deal and to be really well looked after get yourselves down to BMW Bridgwater :)

Easy process, helpful staff, professional service

During the whole experience i was treated as if the car is was buying was the top of the range, this made the whole experience special and means I now view my new car as something more than just a car it's a special experience that makes me feel positive every time I drive it.

My 2 year old car broke down yesterday on the A38 leaving me stranded and blocking the road. BMW Assist would not provide any support as the car was marooned in a ‘live lane’ and I was told I had to arrange my own recovery and police assistance. Bitterly disappointing and something I am taking up with BMW.
My car was recovered at my expense to Vertu in Bridgwater were I was met with a senior service advisor. I regret now off loading on to him my complete frustration with BMW Assist but I’m afraid we were pretty much exhausted and really angry with the lack of support.
Having said all that, the response from the Vertu service guys was in a different class and completely brilliant and within the hour we were on our way home in one of their courtesy cars.
Simply brilliant.
It calls to mind a trip we made there last year to look at a car (which we didn’t buy in the end) and took our dog to try to visualise how he might fit and again the sales guy was really accommodating and allowed us to let the dog get in the car and try it for size.
We were really impressed.

2 years ago I purchased a BMW 4 series convertable from Matt Mcloud at Bridgwater dealership. I have loved this car and Matt was very professional, efficient and helpful throughout. This year I chose to change the vehicle. I was very interested in a Volvo but after going into BMW and speaking with Matt, I decided to choose a BMW X1. I purchased this from BMW Farnborough who were also very good as Bridgwater didn't have a model I wanted. I am looking forward to visiting the Bridgwater outlet for all my servicing needs

A really excellent experience with Matt at Vertu when buying a used IX3. No high pressure sales - he really listened and knew his stuff with their vehicles. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m looking for a new vehicle - thanks again!

Travelled approx 10 hour round trip and spent over £200 on rail fares to collect my approved used BMW and it wasn’t ready or in a fit condition as an approved used vehicle. I have had apologies from the sales team and the general manager of Bridgwater BMW has arranged for my deposit to be returned and I have a voicemail off him confirming you would also repay my train fare but I have no payment of the fare and the general manager Stephen Moore will not reply to my emails. Your values are listed as Passion - Respect - Professionalism- Integrity - Recognition - Opportunity – Commitment. Really struggling on your demonstration of Respect, Professionalism and Integrity as an organisation. If you want a quality product buy from another dealer
