I recently purchased a brand-new BMW F70 M Sport from Vertu BMW. Unfortunately, less than a month after taking delivery, the vehicle developed an error message.
I contacted the dealership and was immediately impressed by their response. Within a few hours, they arranged for a recovery truck to collect the vehicle. Shortly afterwards, they picked me up and provided a courtesy car so I could continue with my day without inconvenience.
Following a detailed inspection, it became clear that the repairs required were extensive. Rather than simply repairing the vehicle, BMW acknowledged the situation and arranged for me to receive a brand-new replacement car. This demonstrated a real commitment to customer satisfaction and standing behind their product.
Throughout the entire process, the communication, documentation, vehicle handover arrangements, and customer care were handled flawlessly. While it was disappointing to experience an issue with a new vehicle, the way Vertu BMW and BMW resolved the situation was exceptional.
Thank you to everyone involved for turning what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. I would not hesitate to recommend Vertu BMW based on the professionalism, transparency, and customer-focused approach shown throughout.

Bmw 530d xdrive used approved vrm - BT72EKX

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Vertu BMW Bridgwater.

I travelled 3.5 hours and took a day off work after leaving a deposit on the car. The sales team were fully aware of this, so although it was inconvenient, I felt reassured because this was a BMW Approved Used car being sold by an official BMW dealer.

Unfortunately, the reality was completely different.

As soon as I opened the car door, there was a strong smell of cheap interior perfume and what looked like a cloud of fumes/smoke, almost as if something had just been sprayed moments before I arrived to mask another smell.

The car had only 19,000 miles, yet the interior condition was shocking for a BMW Approved Used vehicle. The exterior also had visible marks on the door that had simply been touched in with what looked like a paint pen — completely unacceptable on a £36,000 car.

Just as I was about to proceed with payment, I noticed both ambient lighting strips on the door cards were faulty and visibly marked. These clearly needed replacing and were nowhere near the standard you would expect from a BMW dealer.

After speaking with management, the sales team told me they would not cover the repair, despite admitting the parts were only around £30 each plus labour. No goodwill gesture, no offer to discount the vehicle, and no offer to have the work completed at a BMW dealer closer to me — nothing.

Instead, they were happy to let a customer who had travelled 3.5 hours and taken time off work leave empty-handed over such a small issue.

The whole experience felt unprofessional and poorly handled, with very little customer care or people skills shown throughout. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from Vertu BMW Bridgwater to read the reviews carefully beforehand.

The whole buying process was conducted in a professional and friendly way. Going from a twenty-one-year-old car to a modern one, I needed a lot of guidance / instruction. And I got it. What's more, if I ever need advice or help in the future I know that I'll get it. I can't thank Vertu enough for their fantastic service. To coin a phrase - "Simply the best". Oh, and thanks for the coffees.

Travis at Vertu Bridgwater was great. He sent a personalised video of the car within an hour of my initial enquiry. We booked to go and see the car the following day and picked it up 4 days later! Travis was very knowledgeable of the car and there was no hard sell. He was very patient with us as we had very limited knowledge with driving an automatic! The whole process from start to finish was quick, easy and we felt as though we were in safe hands. Travis was the reason we visited the Bridgwater garage first and it paid off!
