I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Treat It Clinic has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.

My initial consultation was delayed despite me taking time off work specifically to attend. This immediately set the tone for what has been a consistently poor and unreliable service.

One of the key reasons I chose this clinic was the advertised cannabis card. However, when I requested it, I was told it would take 5–6 months and is not even available for new patients — something that is not disclosed anywhere on their website. This feels misleading at best.

I raised a formal complaint about my experience and never received an official written response. Communication throughout has been inconsistent and lacking accountability.

I was also told that if payment is made before 4pm, prescriptions would be delivered the next day. I paid before 4pm, yet my prescription was delayed with no explanation or update. The app platform only made things worse, as it continued to show vague “delayed” statuses with no useful information.

Despite all this, I tried to give the clinic the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, things continued to decline.

I requested a simple letter for my employer on a Thursday. I was told on Friday that the team had responded, only to then be contacted again on Monday and informed that the letter would cost £20. This is on top of paying £11 per month for clinic access — meaning the letter costs nearly the equivalent of two months’ membership.

To put this into perspective, other clinics provide significantly better service:
• Some offer free cannabis cards to new patients
• Others issue employer letters the same day, free of charge
• Many do not charge ongoing monthly clinic fees at all

Finally, after raising my concerns respectfully, I received an email reminding me to remain courteous in my communication — despite the fact I had not been rude or inappropriate at any point. This felt dismissive and unprofessional.

Overall, my experience has gone from poor, to bad, to genuinely unacceptable. I regret choosing this clinic and would not recommend it to others.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Incredibly disappointed.

The team at Treat it clinic are amazing, they take there time with you & are really helpful, I’d highly recommend them

Joined this clinc last year got totally messed about left and a few weeks later worst mistake as ive just paid near £300 for a prescription that should of been dispatched the next day still waiting id stay well clear of this clinc as they dont deserve customers

Needlessly to say ill be phoning my credit card company oyt if that company don't ship my meds out prontol that ive paid for scammers

This clinic is amazing! They’ve really helped me manage my health issues, they take there time in consultations & really listen, I’ve recommended friends & would happily continue to do so 😊 Also the support team are the best 😊🐾

I struggle with technology so he patiently guided me and got it all sorted. Can’t thank him or the clinic enough too for wavering my first months subscription as I was recommended by a friend. I am unable to order my repeat prescription due to a technical glitch on the treat it system which has not been resolved it’s taken a very long time and the it department are trying to fix this however I have contacted treat it and spoke to a very helpful individual her name is Nadia and she is very attentive to resolving and overcoming the obstacle that was causing issues for me to reorder she has processed my order and constantly kept me in the loop I felt a great sense of comfort knowing she is getting the job done she is very well at understanding the issue and finding a solution many thanks Nadia you are a star⭐️

After quite a few hiccups - they have implemented a new customer team that is really good. Fixed the previous issues I had. Positive in 2026

A year ago I gave a negative review due to ongoing frustrations with delivery.

I’m pleased to see that they’ve taken comments on board, the ordering, stock management and strain selection process is all much better now. And importantly placing the order with the pharmacy and them dispatching it has been all much more efficient too.

They are also offering some much lower priced strains too. And the quality of everything is suberb.

The clinical side is friendly and helpful as well.

So a five star service all round now, thanks.

Treat it came highly recommended but does not live up to hype.
Initial consultation went well in November but no prescription was forthcoming. Their communications systems are poor ; left hand doesn’t know what right hand does .
Promises were made ,nothing happened,
They have taken money with nothing to show.
I’m left with a partner in considerable pain.
