Not a safe choice for people with chronic mental health issues seeking treatment.
I'm leaving this review because I believe that Easykind's policies and practices may bring actual harm to people like me but lacking the support systems I have.
After lifelong issues with anxiety and depression, being ignored by doctors, being put on medications that either didn't help or had side effects that cancelled out any benefit, and always finding myself going back to self-medicating with marijuana, I started my journey with medicinal cannabis. After a couple of false starts, I looked to Easykind on the recommendation of a housemate.
After two years of refining my treatment plan with only a couple of minor issues along the way with how they choose to do thing, I had made more progress on my mental health than I ever had before.
Then a few days before Christmas (2025) when I had an appointment to make sure that my prescriptions were in order for the new year, I was accused of lying about both not having any side effects and about not being on a medication I hadn't taken since the end of 2022, and I was told I was required to provide a letter of support from a GP to continue treatment and had 3 months to do so.
Due to it being the Christmas/New year period, living in a regional area, needing blood tests, and health issues including the stress of the situation setting any progress I had made back about 9 months, it took 2 month to get that letter, which I submitted to them immediately because I did not want to interrupt my treatment plan.
The letter of support was ignored and I heard nothing from Easykind until I sent an email detailing how medicinal cannabis had improved my life, how their actions had directly impacted that, and to either sort the matter so I can continue treatment or give me release forms so I can find appropriate care elsewhere.
This is where they followed the same pattern that anyone, who like me have experienced years of having the people you entrust your health and well-being break that trust, have seen before. Multiple messages and emails going up the chain of command all saying the same thing of "we're sorry, we're doing something about this", the contact where they make a point of acknowledging your complaints and make more apologies and promises of change, and then the appointment to make sure you're not at risk, then find a reason to cut you loose with no real admission of fault, so you're not a liability.
In this situation, it was the fact that being on medicinal cannabis gave me the clarity to process and properly understand that an situation over 25 years ago when I was isolated from friends and family, and feeling abandoned by doctors in a similar situation to this, was a suicide attempt. I got the usual "oh no, that may be an issue but let me check and get back to you" response and they came back saying due to their policies that they could no longer provide my treatment but they had contacted a local clinic with a doctor who can prescribe MC, would send a referral on my behalf, and if I heard nothing in a week to contact that clinic for an update.
It had been a week and I called the clinic yesterday, they knew nothing of this but thankfully EK had sent a copy of the referral to me and the clinic was willing to accept it for review.
Due to their mishandling of this situation I am now having to deal with being un-medicated for the first time in 2 years, and the referral essentially just parroted my words of how MC had benefited me from my complaint email, to the extent some of it could have been copy/paste.
During all this contact they showed that they only take patient notes if there's a potential red-flag that could look bad on them if something happens.
The way they handled this situation just further speaks to the lack of medical professionals that have an understanding of chronic mental health issues, and the lived experiences of the individuals that deal with them, as well as the further push from the medical industry towards a for-profit "one size fits all" system in this country.

The attitudes of people complaining is just part of the attitudes of people these days.
Look at what they provide, and the pricing is great. so really, the complaints ive read are redundant to me. Easykind are the better of the lot. My mate uses Dr canna, their script service is poor, Easykinds is awesome. next day delivery is awesome too. people on the phone are polite and wait while i tend to the work i have to do while im on the phone to them. what more do people want???

This was my 1st order and it is the worst place I have ever dealt with, incompetent, poor quality customer service, no idea what they are doing, ancient ordering system that doesn't keep track of when you can purchase, don't get advised until after you have placed the order and the pharmacist checks and then tells you that the order can't be supplied, when changing over from another clinic they tell you all is OK to order but you really aren't, they got the dosage wrong which caused me to have to wait 3.5 weeks without medication, then when they changed it to the correct dosage they still couldn't get it right, I ordered a cart so I had something to help me sleep and then they tell me because I ordered the Cart that I can't order until 29/3/26, if they hadn't have stuffed up the dosage on the oil this wouldn't have even happened, absolutely worst placed ever, DO NOT waste your time, money or allow yourself to be put under such stress from trying to deal with incompetent idiots.
Order once then switch!
After the initial consult, everything drags. Up to 2 weeks consult delays, charging you express shipping but takes 3+ days to dispatch. The choice of product is extremely reduced and honestly the product is just not great and definitely not worth the wait. Also hate the fact you can’t call them on week ends. My consult was 2 hours late on Saturday and I could not call them to confirm it was still happening. Also the price is 40% higher if you want low thc. Go figure. They are taking advantage of people who don’t want to get stoned and actually need it to function .

This company is clearly run by clowns. I've sent them my documents a week ago and despite calling them 4 times and sending a dozen emails I'm still waiting for my script to be released.
Such a disappointment and so vote with your wallet and go elsewhere. I came here as I was disappointed with Alternaleaf but these guys are worse.
Also their hold music is a monotonous disaster that will have you tearing your hair out whilst you wait over 20 minutes for someone who has no authority to answer the call.
All in all it's a dreadful experience.
Are they trying to use use AI for customer communication?
They've been *okay* up until now. I'm concerned that their standards are dropping. First time not being able to get through on the phone, they've reduced their operating hours, it looks like they've taken on an AI 'solution' to handle correspondence.
Here's a hot tip: AI isn't up to the job!
If EasyKind persists down this road, they will most likely see a mass defection from their organisation. It looks like all the negative reviews started recently. Only being able to access from one Pharmacy is bad enough, but not being able to be contacted is worse. BTW, I sent a message through their AI wankbot 'Buddie'. It closed the chat before I finished. I got no response, but I did get an auto-generated email that my scripts are expiring, and I need to order (NOW) or make an appointment with the nurse practitioner, whom they named in the email, who IS NO LONGER THERE and has been gone for months! I think the wheels are falling off this organisation, and I'm going to look for alternatives. Prove us all wrong, easykind, or face the inevitable. This reminds me of what happened with another provider I was with that went under.

No no no, if you have half a day to wait on the phone or keep calling because you couldn't change your details on the website and missed a call from doctor and had no script for a month and now the doctor is leaving its gone from bad to omg patients missing out on medications suppose to be there to help I have had to change doctors 5 times because there not available.when you need them and guess what I have to it for the 6th time, and going to have to wait another week for a script I do not recommend easy kind go elsewhere

When I questioned it and asked to speak to someone senior, the doctor rudely cut me off and hung up on me. I’m owed $29!!!!!!!!

Was contacted by staff member to book in an initial consult which was $29. I was hesitant to go ahead with the service but I thought I’ll give it a go because I have been suffering from anxiety and depression for some time. About a week later I had my consult with a GP however the lady was very rude, unprofessional and rushed through the call. I was more confused than when I started and no help was given. I was also promised a follow-up Call which never happened. I would definitely not recommend this service please don’t waste $29. Stick to checking things out with your regular GP as you can’t go wrong there in my opinion.

Started with Easykind in November 25. Unfortunately, the first month went smoothly.
Paid for my medication and Easykind took payment. Approximately, four hours later I received a sms message saying I've used my allotted allowance.
Because of this I decided to remove myself and ask Easykind for a discharge letter.
Easykind provided the letter and the next day took money out of my bank account while I wasn't a patient.
I've now phoned Easykind three times and haven't been given the opportunity to talk an employee to have my money returned.
This is stealing from Eastkind taking money from my bank account without my approval and note I am no longer a patient of Easykind and they have withdrawn money from my account without any script being used.
Poor experience
Poor experience. Terrible communication and ordering system. They don't have counselling like they say they do before getting your script ordered and they were going to overcharge me $20 if I didn't question it. I've been waiting for a refund for almost 3 weeks because customer service literally ignores emails. The whole process put my mental health in a worse situation than before I even came to them in the first place. I'm so sick of alternative health clinics treating medication like its nothing just because they assume we don't care cos it's weed.

Was unfairly kicked off easykinds program for apparently being rude and abusive and all i did was complain about my doctor's appointment being 45 minutes late and wanted a refund and my next appointment free so they stopped my account with easykind and have looked into legal action against them and look's good.

Not a medical company as much as a money making venture based on exploiting the opening for these medicines. Over priced, IMO under skilled, and also seemingly uninterested in the proper design and operation of our medical system. Which would make sense for a company based on profits not care.
