Amazing UI, very useful information and health recommendations. Perfect for learning how each food affects your glucose. Also customer service is great!

I love Veri. It keeps me accountable of what I eat so I don’t fall off the wagon! The price is reasonable compared to some of them out there. The Veri app is easy to use and clear to read. The community chat area is a great place to go to chat and find out more from other users. I like that you can choose from subscription or app only too.

I had a slight issue with the app not fetching the data so I contacted support who dealt and fixed the issue almost immediately. Very friendly too and not robotic.

The CGM is easy to apply and does not hurt!

As I said this gives me accountability and I avoid bad food the increases my blood sugar. I try to get the line as rolling heels so a bit of a challenge too!

I have been using it on and off for the past couple of years! I lost stone and a half just by making better choices. Blueberries instead of biscuits!!!

I love my new Veri experience ! it is life changing, I am learning so many things about my body.

After reviewing a number of the other modern CGM systems Veri stood out for a number of reasons

Support over shame.
They really focused on how they can help me regulate my levels, and understand what the levels even means. Their in-app videos are fantastic

Community of real people just like you
The inclusion of a community form was huge, made me feel like I wasn't alone after discovering I was diabetic, and give me an outlet for sooooo many questions and tips.

Great experience
From them dealing with the sensor perception, to set up, info sharing, and then daily use - the app and sensor work as one and make it an ideal user experience that really didn't seem to be possible with the other systems.

They provide you just enough information to guide, and cluster the data in meaningful ways that help you track progress.

What is the point of this app? I could have bought the sensors from Libra directly (3 times cheaper than the monthly membership with Veri) and see the graph with their free app! The Veri app is supposed to give personal insight and advice on metabolic health but does really none of that - just things that everyone knows already (that it is not great to eat sugary things) and some generic educational videos. The marketing of this platform is very misleading. I am quite disappointed.

Enjoyed my conversation with Alex Corindia very much. I think it is important for a company to get more detailed feedback about how their products are being used that goes beyond what a simple questionnaire can cover. It certainly helps the customer feel valued and a part of that team improving the experience with the product. I liked the one-on-one but facilitated small group discussions on one or two specific topics can also be helpful.

As a pre diabetic this tool was very helpful to identify foods that triggered my blood sugar elevations. Surprised to find that some foods toted as low sugar or "low carb" friendly were terrible for my particular body.

It's incredibly challenging to get in touch with an actual human – there seem to be only bots available. They do eventually get back after lots of messages and chasing. The membership terms are also quite unclear, leaving you with a sense of being deceived. The cost seems disproportionately high for what you're getting. I strongly recommend extreme caution before committing to this service; it's a potentially costly disappointment.

be careful here - the sign up process is not clear at all. When you sign up for a 3 months (at over €100 per month) they send you just two Libre patches. So you've no data for the second 2 months at all. You're paying a huge sum just for access to the app. Absolute con - there's better programs than this out there that are more transparent on their pricing model. Asked them to cancel the final month and they still haven't come back to me.

It's a great concept and the app makes it easier to understand.

All meal I tired were preloaded in there so it made it easy to keep track.

Im very pleased with the ability to track my glucose levels in real time and see the changes with diet, exercise, etc. valuable information since I consider myself pre diabetic but have never been told I am (strong family history, weight problems, fasting glucose at MD often >100, HBA1C not ideal). I am displeased with the food recording piece. I’ve used other apps that I can use a bar code on products to record all the nutrition info, input the nutrition info directly and easily record the amount in various measures (cups, ounces, grams, etc). Sometimes it is easy to record these parameters, other times it is more difficult. I am using Lumen in conjunction with Veri and both seem to follow the same food inputs. Weight watchers and others have better food tracking capabilities in my experience (not using those now as inputting data into 2 apps already is cumbersome enough).

Very disappointed with this service. Only supplied one month’s worth of sensors but tied in for three months. Was not at all clear when signing up. What are we paying for? Have no idea why it costs £99 per month when there is no fresh data. Complete and utter waste of money - don’t bother!

I got veri to study my hormonal balance and it’s been very helpful to understand how my glucose and metabolic resilience is affected by my sleep quality and other subtle factors that western medicine does not take into consideration.

Veri makes it easy to obtain a glucose monitor and provides a friendly UI with insightful educational content. I’ve learned a lot about nutrition, exercise, and how my body responds to it. Anyone would benefit from using this app!

I love this app. Easy to use, helpful, fun! It is helping find ways to improve my eating habits without restricting myself. Highly recommend!

I am really enjoying Veri! It provides so much usable data and feedback plus it has education on the different health variables! I have tracked my blood sugar for years as part of my health routine but Veri gives me access to so much more than a number! It ties the whole picture together! Normal testing provides what foods affect my bs, but Veri provides not just how food affects my bs but how sleep, exercise and stress affect my bs! It’s fantastic!

Ordered the sensors, they allow to order sensors in markets where the app is not working. No refunds. Be careful.

Easy to use app. Personally, the only useful aspect was the pairing of a sensor with the logging of consumed food. A sensor lasts 2 weeks and you get 2 of them. Didn’t see the benefit of having to subscribe to a full 3 months. The videos on metabolic health you easily find on youtube, so little added value for me.

I like the app a lot. Great info that is very useful for both diabetic and non-diabetics alike. Wish they had a Watch app companion. All in all, great experience. Only nutrition CGM app I know so far that you can use your own device and just purchase the app subscription.
