Keeping my Venta in great shape…
I needed cleaner and lubrication liquid and it was easy to order on the site. I even received a discount. I have previously ordered from a big box store and they took longer to deliver and they did not discount the product.

Works but not enough
It definitely raised the humidity of the room but only by a 5-8% (I have a humidity reader).
It does not get the room up to 40-60% as stated.

We are sorry to hear that your humidity is not reaching the desired levels, but we will be happy to provide some tips on how to maximize the performance of your humidifier. First, the device should be placed on the floor with a minimum clearance of 18-20 inches on all sides, including above, for optimal airflow. You will want to ensure you run the device in a closed space for 7-10 days before you will notice a change in your air. During this time, objects in your space such as furniture, flooring, plants, books, musical instruments, and other textiles will absorb the moisture first, before hydrating your air. This is due to the natural cold evaporative humidification method used by our humidifiers. The device you purchase is rated for spaces up to 430 ft², which should include any spaces that cannot be closed off. If the total space including hallways, stairways, or lofts exceeds 430 ft², this device will struggle to maintain optimal humidity levels. For additional suggestions, please feel free to contact our support team.

My order didn't arrive because they do not deliver to PO boxes, which I either missed or wasn't alerted to when I placed my order. All was explained and tips were given for a more satisfying outcome. Emails were prompt, kind, and professional.

Outstanding customer service and product performance
Prompt, professional, interested (caring), polite and friendly. In addition, the L25 Comfort Plus with switchable auto feature works great: accurate and consistent—only putting out moisture when needed in consistently maintaining set humidity level; and the new ‘wavy’ blade design puts out moisture more quickly than my non-plus model that I already have. While my Venta non-Plus model will consistently maintain a 50% humidity level with attention to setting the fan speed—it does not turn off if the humidity in the house raises above 50% on very rainy days. The auto feature of the Comfort Plus does turn the unit off; and better conserves its water supply on those days when outside humidity is variable. Fantastic design that consistently performs!

LW45 Original
The LW45 Original appears to be operating normally but the amount of water dispersed in the air at the maximum (3) setting is disappointingly low, about a third of an older similar unit. I have no idea why and Venta has offered no explanation.

Our humidifers are designed to resist over-humidification, so the evaporation process will slow once optimal levels have been reached. Good experience for the most part
Venta used to offer a 10 year warranty for their humidifiers, but now only offers a 2 year warranty. This drastic decrease in warranty support may have implications about their product or business practices.
Received my LW45, filled it up (note that the water line can be considered vague unless someone has looked through the manual) but it didn’t start initially after pressing the power button, and I had to open it up and plug in a loose cord. Fortunately, working on Venta humidifiers is an intuitive & easy task. Seems to work fine and does what it’s supposed to do. The sound it makes is strangely calming.

Good quality product

Terrible Quality Control
I ordered the black LW25 Comfort plus, it arrived quickly but when I opened it and tried it for the first time it leaked from the bottom. Support seemed to know of the issue and the only good experience I've had so far with this company was how quickly the lady helped me on the phone. So I finally get my replacement and it's the wrong color(white) and wrong model(regular LW25). Still currently waiting for my 2nd replacement, at least I got my refund after 20 days...

I like that the unit runs quieter than…
I like that the unit runs quieter than others, however it is not doing a good job of keeping my humidity above 40% required for my music studio, despite stated coverage being 50% larger than my space, the RH has been, on good days, 40-41% and worse days 36-37%
