Delivery to an address. Late for 3 days. And then on the delivery day I go to make a coffee and come back to find out a missed call. I do call back to find out it was a delivery driver but my parcel will be delivered tomorrow he says since I wasn't able to answer 5 min ago.
I was waiting for a parcel for my friend from another country coz nobody else of his family wasn't able to stay at home during the working days. Imagine you are taking a day off at work to get into such situation simply by spending five minutes in the bathroom doing your natural things.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE. So i ordered a package from a store. It said to come pick it up and when we came to the parcel lockers THEY FAILED TO OPEN. When we went to call them an automated voice said that they dont deliver calls on weekends. IT WAS A FRIDAY. SO NOW WHAT?? MY €500 IS STUCK IN THE LOCKER. Im gonna update this when i get further instructions but this is a very bad first impresion with this company.
Labai prasta komunikacija ir darbas. Kai paprašiau peradresuoti siuntą į kitą miestą, kitą dieną (po savaitės stovėjimo sandėlyje, spėjau ir išsikraustyti) buvo numesta kažkur žirmunuose. Tai bent jau pagal seną adresą galėjote nugabenti, bent kaimynai būtų paėmę (senamiestis). Labai blogai, daugiau nie ka da nesinaudosime jūsų paslaugomis.

Я к сожалению воспользовалась услугами при доставке куплеными мною кустарники в горшках с интернет магазина Skaisto dārza darbnīca. Я получила у тром письмо - оповещение, что курьер в пути .... в течении дня со мной не кто не связался и в место доставки на дом, за которую я заплатила 15 евро, я получила оповещение о том ,что моя посылка в пакомате. ... как он смог запихнуть 4 больших горшка в ячейку пакомата, мне ещё предстояло увидеть. Я даже не удивилась, что ящик лежал вверх ногами и с него сыпалась земля. Полный обсурд! Больше никогда не буду связываться с этой г...конторой.
Terrible service, they hold a package at the pickup collector for 4-5 days and then send it back to the originator. Had to go to the store and rebuy the items I ordered. Avoid at all cost! Customer support also poor and terrbile experience!
Very poor service. My package was delivered to the wrong pickup address. I have been emailing customer service since 23 April, but I have not received any response. When I called, I was initially told that the package would be redirected to the correct parcel locker. However, after three days, nothing had changed. When I called again, I was then informed that the package would not be redirected to the correct address after all. As a result, I was left without my package and with no solution provided. I would not recommend this delivery company to anyone.
Got damaged item - something fall into box or item fell backwards to the ground(damaged top corner), 40kg box, driver vanished as wind and left stuff middle of road... got less than 15 seconds to look at box
complete trash, delivered to parcel locker but got not code, customer service doesn´t exist. this company shouldn`t exist
what a shit company, the package arrived from Poland to Estonia in 1,5 days. Now the package has been out for delivery every day but they never manage to drop it off, they have brought it back to their storage room every day. Clown of a company🤡
They never try to deliver the package, lied to me that they called me later accepted that they never called. They even didn't informed me that they took the package back.
Got a notification that I will receive my package that day. 4 days later still no package 🤡 company

You will never agree on delivery time.
Got the tracking number with single option with delivery point 8km away. Next day they send an email that package didn't fit into box. After hanging on call for more than 30 minute, they that it's me who redelivered the parcel. And therefore will get it only Monday.
Of course, all conversation happens on language preferred by venikag call center, absolutely no interest on customer satisfaction
Takes really long to get stuff, took 6 working days from poland to estonia also the package was damaged, and the shipping was really expensive for it to take that long.
