they charge for high quality products and you get aliexpress that cost about 10% of what you paid.

"They cannot relate to the bad reviews" because the good reviews are fake. I had EXACTLY the same experience as the others described here. I purchased a dress, the photo of which on their website was stolen from BabyBoo fashion by the way, and the dress I received is not as described on their website. The fabric, how see through it is, the style, everything is different. The only same thing is the colour. I then emailed them that I am returning it, they offered me a 20% refund as "not sending it is more environmentally friendly". So they are not only liars but they do greenwashing as well, which is illegal in EU.

I then continued returning the dress even though they told me returning it would cost €15. But of course they failed to mention (or should I say snarkly didnt mention?) that customer is the one paying for the customs fee, which is an extra €20. While I was trying to understand why I am the one having to pay for the customs fee of a product that is a fraud, the dress bounced back to my address. I have been emailing them ever since, and getting no response.

I documented everything on my email and TikTok account, and am getting ready to sue them, which will be relatively easy given that everything about them is a lie. Absolute scam, and genuinely this does not feel like a European brand. Europeans do not scam people this shamelessly and are aware of EU regulations and buyer rights.

Avoid at all costs.

I’m so angry, I purchased a dress which took a month to arrive. It was awful so emailed to say I was returning. Got reply saying they’ll give me 20%,then 30% then 40% . I declined and they sent me address to return it. I paid £15 in postage as it was in Netherlands for it to be returned to me 3 weeks later with post stamp saying not accepted!!! FUMING 😡

Absolute SCAM !! avoid and dont make the same mistake, cam up on my instagram, the 2 piece took almost a month to arrive and the material and whole outfit is cheap and not even close to the picture, the skirt is all cut wrong and to short to even look similar. I have tried calling and also sent several emails and messages on their website with no reply !! £40 down

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Complete scam, false advertisement. Would give this place MINUS A MILLION stars if I could. Dress came up on an instagram advert so I clicked on it and thought that's nice, material supposedly satin, so I bought it on a whim. When it arrived, it looked nothing like the picture. Label said Made In China, '95% polyester, 5% elastane' (so obviously not satin although I didn't need to look at the label to figure that out - it was clear as day that this was a cheap, poor quality, knock off of whatever dress they have up on their website. I've tried to return the dress, and their response was to offer a 20% refund and to keep the product, and told me that they don't want me to send the dress back because they care about 'emissions and waste'. Yeah right. I said no, i want to return, i'm happy to pay return postage just give me your return address. They then counter-offered with a 40% refund and to keep the product. I literally give up. Do not make the same mistake as me!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered the Esmay and Aura both are gorgeous and exactly as pictured. Fast delivery and no issues at all. I’d 100% order again. Can’t relate to the bad reviews!

Do not order from this company. Material very cheap and poor quality. Threads everywhere. Item too big to wear. I’ve emailed them about 15 times to ask for return label and policy and keep getting offered money off. I cannot wear the item! Ive asked to return it but they are not letting me do so and not refunding it
