Velospeed Electric Bikes Anmeldelser

Great e-bike shop.
Massive stock of lots of good makes, which you can take for a test ride.
Excellent, knowledgeable, and helpful staff.
Very pleased with my purchase - which was carefully prepared for me.

We purchased an electric bike from them a while ago, went to get it serviced with them and my wife fell in love with a Tern GSD. We wanted it for use in our camper, the guys there are all so very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We paid for the bike and it was delivered as requested, the outstanding bit is that we mentioned we would need to sell the old bike. They helped us to sell it at the potential cost of a sale for themselves. They were 1st class as usual! Thank you guys.

I bought an eStarli 20.7 from Velospeed at Yarnton Garden Centre. I wanted to buy a British folding e-bike from a bricks and mortar store.

The bike is very good value - a pleasure to ride and as convenient as you can get with this kind of product - I wanted something sturdy as well as portable.

The service has been excellent - and I am so glad that I bought from people in a shop, who know what they are doing and can actually help if necessary.

Save yourself time .. and frustration - and simply go straight to VELOSPEED.
Having visited several bike stores before finding VELOSPEED - I realised that =I had simply wasted all that time ......
VELOSPEED are without doubt the E-BIKE Experts.

Velospeed is a great bike store with friendly personnel who are happy to help diagnose your ebike issues. Their workshop service is top class and they stock a good range of bikes and equipment.

My wife and I have bought Moustache 27 Xroad 2 bikes from John at VelloSpeed Yarnton branch. First ebikes we have had and dealing with John was a pleasure giving us so much information no matter how trivial some the questions may have sounded to him. Good test ride around the large car park. Bikes well set up and delivered to us with John showing us the controls, charging, linking to the Bosch app etc. A pity more companies don't conduct their business with so much enthusiasm. And the bikes go like a rocket! Thanks John.

My wife & I have just purchased two moustache e-bikes from the showroom in Oxford. I have to say that the personal touch & product knowledge from Tony made this daunting experience first class, it is refreshing to experience customer care at its best. Highly recommended, give them a try as you won’t be disappointed.

Recent finding for me. Fantastic friendly helpful service. Only one issue? Wish I had purchased a bike from them in the first place!

My husband and I bought our Moustache bikes from velospeed, which they personally delivered to us 120 miles away in Somerset and they have been professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and have gone above and beyond in the service offered. We are delighted with the bikes and very pleased that we bought them from Nick and John at Velospeed.

My wife and I purchased two Moustache electric bikes from Velospeed and they were both delivered to our door. The level of customer service from the gentlemen of Velospeed is what will make us return with more business in the future.
What British companies should be, personable and professional. First Class!
