Very friendly and professional.Explained the procedure I needed and put me at ease in regarding my problem.

I felt totally at ease at this centre, friendly staff from start to finish. Dexter did my treatment, great communication, didn't feel worried at all going forward with the procedures. I cannot praise Dr. Mark Regi, nurse Angela and the team at Vein Centre, Sheffield, highly enough. Throughout my EVLA and Sclerotherapy treatment on the 12th August and follow up appointment last week, the entire experience has been amazing in every way.

Having lived with large unsightly varicose veins with associated cramps, aches and restless legs for well over a decade, I had become extremely self-conscious and always kept my legs covered. Thanks to Dr. Regi’s exceptional expertise, the veins have now completely disappeared!
The results have exceeded all my expectations and have made a huge difference to my confidence and quality of life.

From the outset, Dr. Regi inspired complete confidence. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, with every question answered patiently and professionally. Throughout the treatment, I felt completely reassured that I was in the safest and most capable hands.

I must also give special praise and thanks to Angela, the wonderful nurse who assisted on both occasions. She is exceptionally kind, professional and reassuring. Together, Dr. Regi and nurse Angela provided the perfect blend of outstanding clinical expertise, genuine warmth, kindness and gentle humour, making the whole experience relaxed and entirely comfortable. They also took great care to keep me informed and reassured throughout.

Thank you also to Nicola, the lovely receptionist, who was always so friendly and welcoming too.

What makes this experience so exceptional is not only the remarkable clinical result, but the genuine kindness and compassion of those involved. It is a rare combination to encounter such outstanding professionalism and expertise alongside such genuinely lovely people.

I was very pleased with Vein Centre in Leeds. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, immediately putting me at ease. For the original treatment and the follow up appointment the surgeons were lovely, and very professional, explaining as they did my treatment. Both times I got a ‘how are you’ follow up email, which I appreciated. After the initial treatment I needed to contact the help centre, just to check a couple of things, and they were also very friendly and helpful.

My whole experience from the VeinCentre Nottingham was excellent from start to finish. I started my treatment for some varicose veins in September 2025, but still had some spider veins leftover from the first treatment, so went back again earlier this month. I saw the same consultant Dr Mark Regi. The whole team are very welcoming and friendly. I cannot recommend the VeinCentre enough. I only wish I’d gone sooner!!

Had a consultation about my veins With Dr Anath Krishnan and nurse Liz was made to feel very comfortable they went through what treatments I should have and I've made a follow up appointment to have them done can't wait to see the results when there done shopping for skirts and shorts can't wait !!

Excellent across the board from when you walk in to a friendly receptionist to pre assessment the nurses and the surgeon very helpful ask all the questions no such thing as a stupid one 😀 everyone was very reassuring through the whole process from making sure you are as comfortable as possible to explaining as you go through every stage of the treatment thank you all so much 😀 very happy with the results highly recommend

Dr Mark Regi, Mike and Sally all made my visit to the Vein Centre Lincoln exactly what it says in their advertisement “walk in walk out happy”. I was completely put at ease from the moment I arrived and through my treatment - they all made it a very uplifting experience and the outcome has been extremely successful to which I will be eternally grateful. I would not hesitate to recommend 100%+ to anyone with any doubts.
