I’ve been waiting for over a week for my package and haven’t gotten any word from the company or usps about my package so I’m having a hard time seeing this as a place I’d go back to.

easy to order, but don't forget to add any discount codes!
I was able to order what I wanted very easily, but forgot to add in my discount code, which would have been almost $20 off!
Original review was on Dec 24, 2013. Since then, I've had a couple issues. First being the discount code. I was told they would refund the money once the unit had shipped. It's now February 19, 2014 and I haven't received it.
Second issue was they 'upgraded' my pen, because they were having trouble getting batteries for the pen I ordered. I accepted this, but probably shouldn't have.
Third is with the upgraded pen. I had problems trying to use it. It worked once, no problem - but wouldn't heat again. It was the pen, not the company, I was having problems with on that. SO far. I've just gotten the RMA to return it, and sent it off yesterday. The company did offer many suggestions on how to make it work, including to remove the basket entirely - which is the only way it worked the one time. Afterward, it wouldn't work again. I tried turning it off and on, etc - but it just didn't keep going.
As for now, the company has been good to deal with. It's the product I'm having problems with. I will update this review when they fix or replace the pen.
Also - I never received the "free grinder" from filling out this review on TrustPilot. That seems like false advertising. I don't know who owes me that - the company or this website. I'm guessing the company.
So I'm awaiting the return of the pen, the return of the promised discount, and the promised grinder. Again, the order was placed Dec 24, 2013 and it is now February 19, 2014.

Excellent company, quick and reliable service, happy!
I ordered a vaporizer and was emailed the next day that the item was on back order and I was upgraded to a better device at no charge.
Like an early christmas present.

The unit I ordered was received broken; cannot get help from company after purchase.
I ordered an Easy Vape V2 and paid $157.00 via Visa. The shipment time was fine but, the unit was not properly packaged and when opened it was cracked and broken. I have called the company twice and left messages with no return calls. Then, I resorted to email, got one response that stated that instructions for return would be sent to me at a later time but, I never received those instructions or anymore response from Vaporizerusa at all. I have since emailed once again asking to simply refund my money and send me directions on returning the broken item. I still have had no response.
