I’ve been waiting for over a week for my package and haven’t gotten any word from the company or usps about my package so I’m having a hard time seeing this as a place I’d go back to.

5 stars plus!!!
I just completed my first ever purchase from vaporizer usa and am very pleased with the way it went. I had a couple of questions and e-mailed them. Amy was back to me with the answers, within a short period of time. I was very impressed. So I placed my order today. We'll see how the shipping goes, but overall a very positive experience.

Third time's a charm!
A couple of issues with my first two order attempts online. Had to call in, and found out that the product I was trying to purchase was out of stock due to some problems with it, even though the website showed that it was available. I was offered a similar, more expensive product at a discount for my inconvenience. I ended up not liking it, and returned it. I then called and ordered an even more expensive product, and I'm loving it! Everyone I dealt with over the phone was very polite & helpful. Shipping & refund times were fairly quick. I highly recommend Vaporizerusa, and Pax by Loom!

A RELIABLE SITE
DON'T BE PUT OFF BY THE WEBSITE'S BARE APPEARANCE. IT MAY NOT LOOK FLASHY, BUT THE COMPANY IS BOTH REASONABLE AND RELIABLE. I HAD LOOKED FOR WEEKS FOR A COMPANY THAT WOULD OFFER A BREAK OF SOME SORT ON THE PAX VAPORIZER. THIS WAS THE ONLY SITE THAT I COULD FIND THAT DID NOT EXCLUDE IT FROM IT'S DISCOUNT CODE. THEY ALSO THROUGH IN A FEW FREE BONUS ITEMS AND I HAD RECEIVED THE DEVICE BY WEEK'S END. BECAUSE I HAD NOT BOUGHT FROM HERE BEFORE, I WAS A BIT TENTATIVE ABOUT THE PURCHASE AS I KNOW THERE ARE KNOCK-OFFS BEING SOLD ALL OVER THE PLACE. BUT THE SITE'S RELIABILITY WAS ENDORSED BY REPUTABLE SOURCES AND I RECEIVED THE VAPORIZER YESTERDAY AND IT IS, INDEED, THE REAL PRODUCT, COMPLETE WITH ITS 10 YEAR WARRANTY. I INTEND ON MAKING THIS STORE MY SOLE SOURCE FOR ANY AND ALL PRODUCTS RELATING TO VAPORIZATION AND WOULD RECOMMEND OTHERS DO THE SAME.

They really only sale the best vape pens.
Lost my mouthpiece for my atmos pen. It's a special made rubber mouth piece. I looked everywhere only but found it here and a replacement for the ceramic filter. Not mentioning a really nice grinder for free. Recommended highly

Cheaper than all other websites!!
I had a positive experience from vaporizerusa.net. I bought the budy pro and it was cheaper than the three other sites that were selling it. Everything is easy to find on the website and they are well organized. I can't wait to get my vaporizer pen!
