Besides being a greener alternative, I love the Big-E Rig because my hands don't work (extreme peripheral neuropathy) and dabbing is normally just too difficult to bother with. So, with your help, my dabbing issues are resolved.Round 1 was EXCELLENT (I'm not yelling, CAPs are for emphasis only) but trouble started with round 2.
Now, when it gets to 87 degrees, the heating stops and I eventually get a message that says MODULE ERROR (Big-E's CAPs, not mine). This doesn't sound good but I'm hoping there's a cleverly concealed reset button or other convenient solution so I can maintain my recently acquired bliss.

P.S. Despite the issue starting with round 2. service has been terrific after I sent them a copy of the receipt and there were no issues. I was then informed that a replacement was enroute from the great white north.

Customer support was very helpful and informative. I got both the Summit+ and the Lite. I can't decide which one I love more.

Unit arrived missing tool/pick and the seller was quick to address and send a replacement. I've also experience a problem with recharging the unit and the seller was once again very quick at addressing the issue.

I ordered an item that wasn't being displayed on your website as being out of stock. When I inquired why it was taking so long to ship, I was told that the warehouse was behind and that the item had not yet shipped. When I asked to be refunded I was told that the order was "in the process and couldn't be stopped even though it hadn't shipped. That just a load of you know what. I've escalated my purchase to a Paypal claim. Then, after submitting the claim, your company said it shipped but refused to provide me with a tracking #. Again, this 8s just another load of you know what. If you do indeed have the unmitigated gall to stills hip this item I'm am only going to return it. I'll also be blasting Vapium all over social media.

Addendum: Response to Vapium's Response

Vapium continues to tell lies. There was absolutely no reason they could have not stopped shipment. Their claiming it was in process and could not be stopped it ridiculous on its face. All that was needed was to press a button on the computer and the shipping department, no matter where located, could have pulled the order. I also find it suspicious that the shipping label, according to UPS, had been created only after my conversation with Ruhan. Indeed I was angry and I'm still disappointed in Vapium's continued refusal to take full responsibility. If I took my sweet time getting the item back to them; it is only a result of Ruhans inability to perform a simple task and stop the shipment. Now Ruhan is trying to place the blame on me and refute my original complaint. I reiterate my review; DON'T BUY FROM VAPIUM. Their customer service does not understand what service means. If you complain and take it to social media they will simply lie.

Upate: Ruhan, continues to lie. Ruhan forgot to mention, conveniently, that I had to remind him/her to send me the return label, hence the additional time for the package to be returned and that I told him/her, after finally reviving the label, that I was busy as it was the holidays and that I would return it as soon as possible. They've got their item back but still fault me. Once again Ruhan likes the blame customers for
Vapium's mistakes.

Seems to work fine so far. I like the buzzing feature,but the fill bowl is hard to fill

Was not happy with the product and wanted to return it but apparently I cannot! That's your return policy ...what I want to know is how are you supposed to know if you like it if you can't try it. I am an experienced vaporizer user and I found the valium doesn't seem to give you enough vapor no matter how much you put in or how little. Very disappointed and like I told your agent...social media is a powerful tool!

Well made, easy to use, perfect size and all round the best product of this type that I have tried.

Would like to transact in CAD. Vape is good but emits a lot of odour even when not in use and has a high force to inhale. Otherwise quite good.

The LITE is my favourite accessory right now. It's sleek, discreet, safe + simple to use. I would recommend this vape to anyone -- whether they're a novice or experienced user.

In the future, a vaporizer company should try to make the load of loose leaf easier. Loading bud for all vapes is always a pain. I love the stirring tool though!

Very nice, pleased with the product but only a couple of things I dislike. The vaporizer is discreet but the odor isn't discreet when expelled. When special battery dies a new one will need to be found. Other than that a very pleasant experience.

Great shipping, came charged. Have used product before and liked it
