Warranty
I purchased my vaporizer back in 2017, had no issues, product was great, great service too. Then about a year later, I started having issues. Thinking I would have to pay for repairs, I contacted the help centre and they were great. Turns out the problem was known, they are sending me a new vaporizer free of charge, I just pay for shipping. Only giving 4 stars because I did need to get a replacement but other than that I would recommend it.

Arrived in nice Apple like packaging. Vape is well designed. Easy to clean and easy to pack with included packing tool. Heats up quickly as advertised. Love that fact that it’s usb-c just need one charger for all my devices. Includes bong/pipe adapter which is wonderful. No need to purchase as an extra. Would definitely recommend.

Make sure your address is correct before submitting your order. After a week or so I received my device. The device was in excellent condition and I’m looking forward to testing it out. So far I am pleased with the unit.

Well made but tastes awful
FWell made but tastes awful. Used it once and horrible flavor. Would never use again. Will try to return. Probably won’t be allowed since it has been used. Don’t waste your money. Contacted manufacturer and they said normally don’t return “used” items. Waiting to hear back from them. Will let u know. I wouldn’t buy this product. You’ll be disappointed.

I bought the Summit a few years ago
I bought the Summit a few years ago. It had major issues. Contacted Vapium and they immediately sent a replacement. Gained my business!!!
Now I've purchased the light version. Works great so far!!

I've written to this company 11 times... I have called them 9 (you're cut off after 20 minutes on hold).
I was directed to purchase screens from "Mississauga". I advised them that I didn't know where to go in Mississauga.. They have yet to respond.
TERRIBLE SERVICE... NO CALL BACKS.. AND ALL THEY DO IS MAKE EXCUSES FOR WHY CLERKS DIDN'T GIVE ME A RESPONSE!

Last month, we explained to you that when you originally ordered the screens, the shipping charges were high because they were only in stock in our US warehouse. After we got them in stock in Mississauga, we let you know that you could order them from our web site with more reasonable shipping charges.
You emailed us weeks later, seeming to think we told you to buy them directly from the warehouse. We responded to all of your emails and my coworker called you several times, leaving a series of voice messages to re-explain the situation. For some reason, after every correspondence you would respond that nobody was getting back to you. We do apologize for the inconvenience, however we made an enormous effort to re-communicate that you could order the screens with a reasonable shipping from our site.
Product won’t charge!
Product doesn’t hold a charge. Won’t charge with any other USB-C cord accept the one it came with.

Durability was key when I found the Summit+. I had a prior portable vape that could take dry herbs and I dropped it from about a coffee table height and it broke. Knowing this one is much more durable in multiple environments was a huge selling point.
Not only am I stopping a potential respiratory issue from switching away from smoking, but I'm also using less product as the vaporization is much more efficient.
My only reason for lack of 5 stars is the apparent unavailability for a concentrate/liquid attachment.
Highly recommend, solid product with excellent customer service.

2nd bad feedback after using now for ~2 weeks, bad!!
Again, a 2nd silly survey they send me because I removed my first poor review and someone got upset.
#1, the address I correctly typed was wrong in your system, doubled up on the street portion, nothing I did wrong. Do not misconstrued same town zip code mixup with something I added as being my fault. Learn to read what I wrote as a tip, address was doubled up on the lines, not my doing. #2. The vape sucks, the up or + temp bottom is none-responsive, cheaply made - now have to click very hard to get it to adjust on the + side botton. #3. The usb-c cable was very loose out of the box, so I had to get a new one to fit firmly, in order to obtain a full charge! So, right out of box, waste of money - 2 weeks in now.
Bottom line: $149 garbage, and it barely works. Should be charging $25 for this junk. Horrible!
