Terrible "automated" customer service
Terrible "automated" customer service. DO NOT SEND YOUR ID! they keep your information and cancel your order. This was the second time I ordered from them, the first time was fine, ID upload worked and was shipped fast. The second time they asked for another "Automated" ID Verification and then "could not verify". even though the same address and information was the same.

UPS Bad, Sketchy refunding
The order was never delivered and when I asked for a refund it was a big loop trying to get it. Then when I did get it I was only give like 80% of the money back. I'm sorry do I not get the $10.87 in FEES I paid for back?! Never again, been using them for years but not since they switched to UPS.

This company is unprofessional and do not care about there customers. I will not spend another time with this pathetic place. Charge you a shipping premium and do not deliver. Back and forth with customer service and listening to the B.S. they are replying.
This company has gone downhill FAST
This company has gone downhill FAST! I have been a loyal customer for over a year, the shipping price has gone up tremendously, and the the tax as well. It went from spend $29 free shipping to $49 free shipping and than $79 free shipping than no free shipping and its $12 no matter how many I buy. And all of a sudden we have to sign for our package through UPS which makes it so inconvenient. And to top it off they just said after checking out that they no longer deliver to my address which is in a subburb of Denver. They definitely dont care about the customers as much and they will lose alot of us. I found a new online Vape company that seems way better.
Past vs Present - turn away now
I used to think this was a great company. They did me right when multiple vapes I’ve ordered were defective. Shipping time was realistic. Free shipping on orders over $29, then $49, now? That part didn’t matter to me I ordered enough to get free shipping. I loved that the package was in my mailbox and I didn’t have to go to the store. And the cost of each vape was usually a little cheaper too. Fast forward to more present times- deliveries have to be signed for by an adult 21+(I understand why and was surprised when this wasn’t how it was all along) but the 2 orders I’ve placed I’ve missed the deliveries, UPS said between 2-6pm but it was before noon and I had to track the driver down to get my package. The second order is through LSO and that company is trash. Still have not received that order. Customer service at White Horse Vapors just pushes the problems onto the delivery drivers and that it’s out of their hands. Unless you are home Monday through Friday to receive a package that may or may not show up I’d choose a different company to order from.

Well at first it seemed like a great place to order my vapes, then the last order I had to sign for without them telling me. I never had to do this on my previos orders . This time I went to order and they are charging for shipping , no longer free no matter how much I order. The vapes took over a week the last order. Not very happy with the changes . The company did contact me and stated that it has always been standard that orders must be signed for. I have ordered a few times before and never signed for, they also stated any orders over $39.00 is free shipping , I placed an order for over this amount $9.90 shipping.
No Shipping to CA Anymore Bummer
We found White Horse Vape products to be awesome but as of last week they no longer ship to CA.

Scam?
Very misleading policies around shipping. They charge extra for “speedy delivery” and when the product doesn’t ship for a week they told me I was confused and it is “speedy” not “express”. I have had problems with this place in the past where they never sent my order and didn’t want to refund me and I thought I would give it another shot but they didn’t seem to get any better.
Inconsistent and unreliable
Stock is inconsistent and so is shipping. Sometimes they have unique products that other places don’t have, which is nice. Unfortunately the bad outweighs the good. I have paid extra for fast delivery and it has many times taken even longer. I just put in an order a week ago and paid extra for fast delivery and it hasn’t even left the shipping facility yet. Customer support is slow to respond and doesn’t offer and solutions.
Go elsewhere to get your vapes online
I’ve been dealing with this company for several years now, close to three, and I have watched them decline and customer service, even to the point of deceiving customers about products they are sending out
I usually vape with Escobars. Whitehorse told me that they were no longer active as a company and that the new Escobar was a brand called Frutia. However, after ordering Fruita for one month, they don’t seem to even carry it anymore and are trying to push off vapes. I have never heard of before, are either so sweet or harsh they make you cough.
I learned by going to Escobar direct that yes in fact, the company still is in business and they are still selling their products. I will never use Whitehorse vape again. I do not appreciate being lied to by their staff, and they get zero points for customer service from me.
Ridiculous
Placed order on evening of 7/25. Label was created on the morning of 7/26, but was not in USPS custody until 7/29. Today is day 6, and my order still will not arrive today. USPS is not worth losing customers over. There are too many other online raping supply options.
Edit: Day 8 (7th business day - if you count Saturday - which DHL and USPS bulk travel does) and package still hasn't arrived. Had I known White Horse Vapor uses USPS, I would have never ordered with White Horse Vapor. All vaping products are banned from individual and commercial shipping through USPS, so I will be lucky to receive this order.
EDIT (8/3/24): I also tried reaching out to WHV on the morning of Friday, Aug 2nd and have yet to receive a response on what is going on here.
EDIT (8/5/24) - still in transit. Irving, TX to SLC to Wyoming to Boise.....destination is only 4 hours north of SLC. I could have driven to Irving and back twice by now.
EDIT (8/6/24) - package finally arrived. Order placed 7/25/24 (after hours). Label created morning of 7/26/24 (a Friday). USPS delivery with DHL as transport from Irving, TX to Salt Lake City. Delivery address (Sugar City, ID) is 4 hours northeast of Salt Lake City, but package went from Irving, TX to Salt Lake City, UT back to Irving, TX to Big Piney, Wyoming to Boise, ID back to Salt Lake City, UT back to Boise, ID and finally to Sugar City, ID.
