This isa scam i never got my part and they won't help located it. And no refund. So my advice to anyone Dont use this place they'll rip u off and no refund

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! take your money and go elsewhere. do not order with these people they will take your money and not return it.. I have been fighting tooth and nail to get my money back and the order never even shipped!!!! Do not not order from them they will take your money!!!

Horrible experience. We bought a front seat for a Chevy Cruze, and when it arrived, one of the electrical plugs that gets inserted into the car itself was completely severed and missing. We contacted the company for a refund, as we'd bought another seat elsewhere. They wouldn't process the refund until they got their seat back. When the person came to pick up the seat, they wouldn't take it back because it was not in a box. The seat was NOT delivered to us in box.

I had to call back and wait 30 minutes to speak with someone, and I was told that they'd let the shipping company know to take it back without a box. The day that the seat was supposed to be picked up, I got a call confirming. Then, no one showed up to pick it up. That was a Friday. I called back on Monday to find out what happened, and I couldn't get ahold of anyone. I emailed and was told that they cancelled the pick up because they called and emailed and got no response.

So again I had to call and arrange the pickup. Later that week, someone came to get the seat, and again would not take it, this time because it was not on a wooden pallet, and that it was not wrapped up in plastic. It was NOT delivered to us on a pallet, and the plastic that the seat was wrapped in was thrown away.

I had enough of the runaround, so I filed a chargeback with my bank for the almost $450. Magically a week later, someone came to pick up the seat without a wooden pallet or plastic wrapped. My advice is to avoid this company.

This company is a farce. After ordering a part for my vehicle on 9/1, I did receive a receipt via email or otherwise, which was the first indication that they were not legitimate. Second, the part did not arrive on the day they purported it would, so I began calling customer service. After one conversation with someone I could barely understan, they stopped answering my calls. Then I emailed customer service and got no response. The day after I reported this as fraud to my bank, they stopped answering part was left on my doorstep with no shipping label, wrapped in brown paper no box. Ordered a side mirror for my Kia. Part was okay, but delivery took almost two weeks, way longer than they said. Customer service was polite, but it was frustrating. Mirror works now, but shipping’s gotta improve.

Needed a part for my old Dodge. Their site had it, and it wasn’t crazy expensive. Arrived in good condition, works fine. Their network of yards is huge, which helped me find it. I’ll check here next time.

Bought a radiator for my Toyota. Part was as described, shipped quick, and no issues after a month. Price was fair, but I wanted more pics of the actual part. Still, good service and a solid deal.

Got a used engine for my Chevy from Automotix. It arrived in four days, well-packed, and runs like a charm. The price was way better than local shops, and the one-year warranty’s a nice touch. Their customer service answered my call quick when I checked on shipping. Solid deal, I’d buy again.

The missing star is really not there fault . My lack of understanding of what it was that I actually needed and what was called what made it a bit tricky for me .
My mechanic knew exactly what was what and once I felt confident I was buying the right item, everything went smooth part works great no issues whatsoever so ever.

The whole process was easy and the customer service representative was knowledgeable and got me the best deal.

So far the customer service was helpful. I ordered the part but for the wrong engine size. Canceled order. Awaiting refund and ordered the correct part. Will update when have more info but so far it’s been good. Let’s hope they get my part by the date they listed. 🤞🏻

Ordered my transmission on a Monday, shipped on Tuesday and received on Friday. I ordered before looking at reviews. Clearly, they have as well and have made changes.

I ordered a motor on the 9th of December I received the wrong motor on the 12th of December within an hour of receiving the motor I called them to tell them it was the wrong motor it took repeated calls and text message unanswered before I finally got an email saying they'll take the motor back on the 15th and told me my 10-day window started that day the motor was picked up on the 17th delivered to them on the 18th I have left several emails with them several messages and several unanswered phone calls and I mean they will put you on hold for 45 minutes then the phone will ring and it'll say a customer service represent is unable to take your call here it is the 28th I understand it's the holidays I have not received no confirmation the motor was returned to them only reason I know is because the shipment tracker I have received no refund for my money and no one has reached out to me again after several attempts of emails phone calls and unanswered messages oh I was even put on hold for 45 minutes a woman finally answers ask me how I got the number and hangs up in my face I will say they will gladly call you repeatedly and annoy you for you to buy something from them but when it comes to them helping you actually out they don't
