Wrong vape sent, same style but contained nicotine instead of nicotine free. I opened it as the design was the same and had to throw it away. I have emailed customer services but heard nothing back.

Paid for express still waiting been over a week not happy

Ich hab schon vor über 6 Wochen bestellt und es ist immer noch nicht bei mir sogar China ist schneller. Das Geld wurde direkt nach der Bestellung von meinem Konto abgebucht und nicht erst beim Versand der Ware wie es bei anderen Händlern üblich ist. Das mit den links in denn Emails wo man gebeten wird sein alter nachzuweisen geht auch nicht man ist gezwungen ein Konto zu erstellen um irgend wo in den AGB einen link zu finden wo es dann mal klappt. Ganz ehrlich wäre mein Geld nicht schon weg gewesen hätte ich mir denn ganzen Streß nicht gegeben es gibt genug andere Händler wo man seine Wünsche erfüllen kann. Noch eins ihr seit eh schon teuer und dann noch diese übertriebenen Versandkosten und ob da noch Zollgebühren dazukommen weiß ich nicht einmal schon fast unverschämt sorry aber das geht gar nicht.
Also für mich mit al denn Kritikpunkten eine klare NICHT Empfehlung wie gesagt es gibt genug andere Händler die es einiges besser machen wie ihr punkto Preis Versand unkompliziertheit mal drüber nachdenken.

Bought zero nicotine vapes, however a 20mg nicotine vapes was sent in error. Have tried on 3 separate occasions to get a response by either live chat (x2) and email (x1) but no acknowledgment or response. Only my second time using but this combined with chargeable postage which is slow I’ll stick to other places like Vape Superstore going forward

Was looking for zero nicotine and actually found a good selection finally. Shipping not too pricey. 1of3 vapes received within a few days in the original box. The other 2 I'm not sure what's happening with-if its Evri or dispatch delay, i have only enquired today.

Received the wrong e liquid and have not been able to get in touch with customer service easily.

I had an email on 23rd August saying my order had been dispatched. Royal mail website still saying: sender has advised us they have dispatched item to us. I even paid for express delivery and still not received my order. I've filled out the contact form over a week ago and I've still not heard anything back from the company. They have no contact number to be able to speak to anyone.

The product sent became faulty after 1 day. I have emailed and sent a message through their website to try and get a replacement or refund but no response. Won’t be using again.

Third time I’ve used them, first 2 were perfect. This time it says my order was dispatched on 12th August, Royal Mail tracking still says they are expecting it (3rd Sept) emailed Vaper Store 3 times and used live chat, zero response. I’ve raised a dispute with my bank to get a chargeback.

Unfortunately had a small issue with CBD vape which I've tried to sorting out by customer service and haven't got back any reply from them and hopefully will have it soonest

Wrong item was sent plus nine missing items and one recieved is cloudy and looks dodge.
