Shocking company, ordered 9/9/25, over 50 emails with one short reply 4 weeks ago, saying looking into my order
Have been ordering from them last 5 years and every order there has been a problem with postage
Now found another company for my Old Holborn [Dark Tobacco] better price and next day delivery with tracking, ONEELIQUIDS

Scammers, I should have read the reviews by others. Never received anything. They say online payment method down so do a bank transfer. This guy Andrew Beard should be arrested. They say your order is ready for mixing and you here nothing, no replies from them.

had no problems for years, then they stopped taking Paypal and went for money transfer, the alarm bells should have stopped me. I lost nealy £80 on my last 2 orders. No respnse or communications from them, other than, we are dealing with it. Orders didn't arrive

I ordered and paid in March and have not heard anything from them since then, so I have given up hope.

IT'S A SCAM, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. I made an order and they didn't send me anything, they even didn't send me a confirmation order email, and they don't answer to the emails.

Oh how I wish I'd read the reviews on Trustpilot before I threw my money away. I have had the same experience as most of Vapeiq's customers. They claim they sent my order, they ignore emails until you contact them through their website, then they promise to sort it out, then they don't contact you again. Bunch of cheap con-merchants. The good thing is I live about 10 minutes from their business address and intend to pay them a personal visit very soon. I'll post an update when I have.

When my order said 'completed' and I hadn't received it and two emails went unanswered, I read a few of these reviews. But the dude came through and sent me my order perfectly. OK, comms could be better and post a bit quicker, but its a great price and good quality. I would defo recommend!

Complete scam. Placed orders that never show, if you complain they block your email address.This VapeIQ site has been 3 different Vape companies all with the same scammer owner Andy Beard. They ask for wire transfer knowing that it's non refundable, basically it's wire fraud. Avoid, and contact UK authorities if possible.

Ordered e-liquid, paid by bank transfer as they requested, received no acknowledgement, no liquid, no refund and no response to my emails. It is little wonder this firm is shutting down, absolute con.

Don't know what is going on with this company . The past 3 ordered has leave me raging. You need to chase them to send you the items and they are rude and use very bad reason for delay delivery. I had used them for pass 5 years and everytime it is not a small amount going through their till. They are not longer care and value their clients. I have 100% rethink no to use them anymore. It is very bad and they don't care they get bad reviews.

Ordered on 17th Feb and still no goods and no response to my emails and contact form requests for an update. Been using them for 10 years but they have really gone downhill. They have my money, I have nothing. I'm reporting to trading standards.

Quality E-Liquids at cheap prices what's not to like, big fan of the Black Bogie myself. The constant new additions are nice as well, bit of variety keeping it fresh.

Do not order from this site. I had been a customer of this company for the last 8 years. Used to be bestecigliquid and then another name and now Vape IQ. Same owner just different brands. Service has deteriorated over time. I bulk order by liquids. Delivery used to be as promised and the quailty of the liquids were good my last order was over £200, places in March 24. Still waiting for over half of my order. Emails are not responded to and the quality of liquids received was poor. DO NOT ORDER, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Three Months! Just Three Months of Madness!
It’s been three whole months since I placed an order with Vapeiq.co.uk, and guess what? I still haven’t received my items. Sure, things can sometimes go wrong with the postal service. But the absolute worst part? I’ve written to them around 10 times with zero response. This isn’t just a one-off either—this happens EVERY time I order from them. And in the past, the only way I’d get a reply was by threatening to leave a bad review on Trustpilot. Pathetic.

This time? Even that didn’t work. I warned them TWICE that if they didn’t reply within a couple of days, I’d leave a bad review. Well, guess what? Two weeks have passed, and still no response at all.

I have NEVER come across a company so utterly incompetent. Their products might be good, their prices might be cheap, but their customer service? It’s beyond disgraceful. It’s outrageous. It’s downright unacceptable. How this company has ANY customers left is an absolute mystery to me.

Let me be crystal clear: I will NEVER order from Vapeiq.co.uk again. I’m done. Finished. From now on, I’m buying from Highqvape.de. Their products are even better, their service is top-notch, they ship most orders the same day, and they actually RESPOND to their customers. Imagine that—a company that actually gives a damn!

Vapeiq.co.uk, this is beyond shameful. You’ve lost a customer for good.

Edit - I have increased the rating as, having found another email address, they responded within hours advising they had a mixing problem and despatched the next day and delivery was 48 hours later. 4 stars now as they had incorrect email address on site and did not advise of the delay after having raised the postal label.

It's a shame really, I have had no issues in the past and have received a good product for a good price. However, my last order was marked as despatched on 4th December. Royal Mail have it listed as still waiting for it as of 13th Dec. Emails to VapeiQ have been ignored.

I've been using this place for over a year, every time my order has been wrong or not sent until I remind them that they've taken my money and I want my items I paid for. This time I spent £200+ so I don't have to deal with them more than once a year...it really is that stressful having to chase them up Every. Single. Time. If I could get the flavour from another place, I would, the juices and nic-salts are good, but the hassle really isn't. I eventually found the correct email address and contacted them about my order, I had waited for 11 days, it was showing as completed....where's my tracking details and items? The order turned up the next day via 24 hour delivery. There's one nicsalt missing, but you know what?... I can't deal with them again, so I'm letting it go. Find a more competent company if you can...these people are taking the mickey. 😒
