Fast delivery and great service

I've ordered from VapeBig twice now. The first time I ordered, I did not receive any confirmation email, but I wasn't too concerned as this happens sometimes. However, after 13 days I did not receive the product, and I contacted the team to sort it out. After speaking with the owner, the item was sent out, and I received it 2 days later. It was a hassle, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

The second time I ordered, one of the pods was burnt and I immediately tried to ring customer service and got no response after constant calling for 2-3 days.

Honestly, as a first-time buyer, this is not the service that I expected. I'm not happy at all with the service I have received here.

Ordered over a week ago no items arrived states 1to2 days delivery. Takes days to get a reply to emails. Still not sorted my order or refund.

Deliveres quickly and product as described at good prices. I recommend.

I've been ordering from Vape Big for quiet sometime and never had a problem.. Quick delivery and vapes are always well in date ,, I would recommend them

Ordered 3 disposable Hyatti vapes for £27.99 delivery is supposedly 1-2 working days tracked.

Received my tracking - never changed from we are waiting from your item.
Contacted customer support 2 weeks later, still no delivery.

Asked for full address and advised me royal mail have lost my parcel and would I like a refund or a replacement.
Foolish me would still like the items I paid for so I proceeded with replacement.

Still haven't received the items I've paid for despite it now showing as delivered - customer service is absolutely abysmal.

My advice would be to steer well clear of using this platform to order anything you intend to receive - if you feel inclined to give away free money perhaps it would he better in the hands of a charity rather than the hands of an incompetent business model.

I ordered terea sticks they sent wrong item they sent . sent heets rung told me to email a picture of wrong item sent which I did rung to check if recieved email which they did they told me to return item which I did on 24hr tracked to the address on website emailed tracking details to them then emailed about my refund to be told the return address wasn't there return address still waiting on refund 2 weeks later no one from company can give me a straight answer avoid this company as they rip you off ordered on 22nd March

Excellent quality service from point of order to consumption.Absolute Go-to place to get ur vapes .Even if u want to enquire about stuff or have grievance this place has got great affable customer service.

Fast service and good price top service

Ordered vapes on the 9th of February 2025 and still haven’t received them. Have been in touch with the company and Royal Mail said they have been delivered but where tracking is on Royal Mail is no where near where I live. Wasted £48 won’t be using again.

Quick delivery good prices lots of choice in flavours

I ordered 6 vapes and paid extra for 24 hour postage, after 3 days nothing arrived. When I phoned I was told royal mail had lost my package. No sorry just told they will send some more out. Today half my order arrived with a note saying sorry for the inconvenience but the rest of my order will be sent out at the end of next week. Go to your local shop and avoid this company

Excellent value always deliver in time.

Paid for 1-2 day shipping on Dec 25th. It is now January 4th and my package is being held by Royal Mail because not enough postage was paid. I understand the holiday season but that’s still 8 working days and then to screw up the postage on top of it is a joke.

Had 5 items missing from my order. Have emailed them about this and after 1 reply back from them haven’t heard anything since. Tried ringing but the number on the website doesn’t work.
