How quickly item arrived and sending missing parts (cover caps) afterwards…superb customer service that way! Hard to get in touch over the phone…would be ideal if obvious contact number was available... Se mere

Vanroofrack were the intermediary…
Vanroofrack were the intermediary through which I ordered a replacement bulkhead for a van. I had tried this before through another company and due to the wrong part number being against the image on the web site I was sent the wrong item. The previous company weren’t interested in sorting the problem and just arranged to collect the wrong item.
Despite having the right image and part number and right description on the vanroofrack website the supplying company still managed to send the wrong item.
I discussed this with vanroofrack and they arranged for a replacement item at the earliest possibility as the items are made to order as well as a modest reimbursement from the manufacturer for the inconvenience caused.
Excellent customer service.
