Unbelievably poor quality. No match for the photos. Do not get scammed like I did.

I wish I could give negative stars. The piece I ordered looked nothing like their advertisement. It looked like it was made from material from a dollar bin by a kid in a high school class. And you can’t return the item because shipping it back over seas cost too much w no guarantee they get it. What a joke. I wish I read reviews of this lousy company before I wasted my money.

I wore the dress for a casual lunch and liked the simple style. It fit comfortably and stayed nice to wear for several hours, although the quality feels more average than I expected.

Do not purchase from this company. The dress I received looks much different than the item featured online. It was merely a slab of white fabric with a zipper down the back. The dimensions don't match what was advertised online as a size Medium and my guess is that they don't size the items any way. The dress contains no brand label or even a size label. My guess is that they're all the same. It's like they have some sort of backdoor access to the factories, but there's no real production or compliance. When I wrote to Customer Service, I was offered no apology and only told I could send the item back at my own expense. The return fees are high and not worth it, which surely they know. It appears that selling to one-time, dissatisfied customers is how they make their money.

I like wearing the dress on casual days because it gives me enough freedom to move around. The fit is comfortable and suits me well, although the material feels fairly standard.

Everything about their website is promoted to be a US based company. But when it comes to returns, consumer beware! Products must be returned to China at a very costly price to the consumer. The quality of the items is nothing like the enhanced pictures shown on their website. I would NEVER recommend purchasing from this website.

I wear these shoes for shopping trips and short walks. They feel comfortable enough and are easy to match with my clothes, although support could be better for longer walks.

The dress I ordered was described completely differently than the item I received. The item I received was a poor quality fabric as well as poor quality construction.

Additionally, I would never order from here again as they make returns much too difficult.

I’m in the middle of a return and suspect I will need to do a charge back.

The items that I received (blue suit and a dress) are trash. The fabric is like a plastic tablecloth. I purchased a size L dress and received the matching belt in size XS. The website brand is Vanessa and Valerie however the tag inside the suit says "Mei Han Hui Yi Jiao." Returns are overseas with return shipping paid by the buyer. This website is a complete scam.

They have very good photographers because the items when received are totally different. They publish 30 day free returns but fail to mention that it's overseas. Very misleading!!!🤬

If I could give it a negative number I would. After waiting several weeks for a dress I ordered for a wedding, it finally arrived except it was the wrong dress and the wrong size. When I got a hold of them thinking it was their mistake and they would make it better. They said I could send it back, but I had to pay for the postage. They did offer 20% refund. They said they credited it to my banking account, which they have no idea what bank I even use because I used a credit card to buy it. Do not buy from this company. Very untrustworthy.

The experience was terrible. I would never order or recommend anybody else to ever order from this company. The dress I ordered and the dress that was sent were completely different. Yet they claim that they were the same. I had pictures and they looked nothing alike. The dress they sent was of horrible quality. Also, they wanted me to send the dress that was sent incorrectly by them back at my cost. Which they told me in a Email would be very expensive to do. As I read other I reviews this has happened with other people horrible experience!!

The outfit I bought for a wedding was disappointing to say the least. I would expect this type of poor quality clothing from SHEIN. The return policy was not clear to me before I placed the order. Yes, you can return items within 30 days of purchase at your own expense. The company informed me the shipping would be expensive and offered a 20 % refund with amounted to under $12.00. I took it as I didn’t want to be out anymore money. I am going to donate the outfit but I can’t see anyone actually wearing it. Don’t buy from this website

Same as others, photo of the product was nothing like what finally got delivered from China. Cheap polyester with mis-matched thread. Not even any kind of tags on inside. Scam with the "you have to pay for shipping back to China.

Do not order from this company. The item I received is a fundamentally different garment from what I ordered. It is a different color, design, construction, quality, and overall appearance than the photos in the online listing.

When I contacted customer service for a return/refund and provided photos, they refused to acknowledge that it was materially different from the advertisement. They then offered only a 20% refund if I kept it, or required me to pay expensive international return shipping to China for a full refund, even though the website gave the impression the company was U.S.-based.

Horrible company and clothes are poor quality. Received items a pants suit. The suit was a cheap see through material not true to size.

This company offers quality-looking products online with an option to upgrade shipping; however, most of their products are shipped from China, resulting in significant delays, making this option a waste. They take your money right away, but the follow-up on delivery is sketchy at best. I ordered a product over a week ago, and according to their tracking, it has not left China yet. Most likely, the product will arrive either unsatisfactory or too small, and it will cost more than the item's worth to send it back. I will follow up when the product actually arrives to either offer an apology or confirm a waste of time and money.
