I did not receive my package and even…

I did not receive my package and even though I have insurance on my package, they are telling me that I can’t have a refund because I have to contact a courier and have them give me documentation that the package was lost or stolen. There’s been no communication from them. I don’t know who the courier is. I haven’t had any tracking number. I don’t know when the package was supposedly delivered, but they are trying to deny a refund and keep my money and tell me I have to have a re-shipment and then pay for a re-shipment. Worst customer service ever worst place to purchase from ever. 10 out of 10 do not recommend to ever order from this place. They will try to keep your money. They will not refund you. They will not communicate with you. I have all the emails from them to show how many times I’ve messaged them and they didn’t respond and then that they’re refusing to refund my money even though I’ve contacted them and told them I don’t have my package.

NOT FAIR for THEIR broken items

I recieve 3 bracelets. One woud not latch and would fall off and another one is nearly impossible to open. When I contacted them, they responded quickly but my options were unacceptable. I could get 10% back and keep the broken items or return them to Asia where it will cost more to return them. Horrible. So ultimately no refunds for broken items. Please do not buy from them.

Tracking & communication aren’t great

Tracking & communication aren’t great. I did advise I was going to dispute the charges & once I did that, I received my tracking. I received my pieces & they’re pretty but the nail bracelet was extremely difficult to open. After I finally got it opened, it keeps unclasping & falls off. I’d definitely recommend a new clasp for that bracelet. Probably won’t order again as they don’t look much like the real versions in real life. Not mad though, you get what you pay for & 6 bracelets for ~$50, well, I got what I paid for.

Save your money

Save your money! Quality is poor & shipping takes forever. Never got a response from customer service until I disputed the charge. Then coincidentally heard from someone within a day.

EXTREMELY BEAUTIFUL

I Love the pieces I received. They have quality items and are just as beautiful as pictured on the website. The only issue I had was the wait for the items. It arrived about a month later. I want to purchase another item from the website but I am afraid I will receive it after the summer.

Scam Fake company!!

Ordered items on April 8th, have yet to receive items. Tracking number stopped updating and eventually stopped working. Emailed every week for a month and received replies from “Sophia” apologizing and telling me to be patient. I asked for a refund once the tracking number stopped working and was denied because my items were “in transit,” This month Sophia has stopped responding to my emails. Thos company is in China and there is no recourse for them, so they just sit back and receive orders and claim delays in shipping. Do not waste your money! I know it’s cheap compared to the real thing, but losing $50, in the US economy right now stings. Looks like they just found out about Trust pilot and are responding to reviews. But doing nothing to fix the issue behind the scenes!

I love the constant communication from…

I love the constant communication from purchase to delivery. Every thing I ordered (silver and gold bracelet sets) look exactly as pictured. Only problem is that the nail bracelet comes undone so I can’t wear them.

Looks great! Clasp of eternity bracelet needs work

I purchased the trio bracelet set. The clasping of the eternity link bracelet IS NOT great. I’ve lost both bracelets (silver and gold) while wearing them only once because of this. So disappointing because I loved the look of all three pieces together. Other than that, my clovers and nail bracelets are nice.

The silver color looks great

The silver color looks great. I've worn them in the shower a few times and so far, no tarnish. The gold color is a mix of bright yellow gold that makes it look fake and a realistic gold. Depends on the piece l wear. Can not Weimar the gold pieces with real gold. Does take a while to receive bit I did receive both orders and I was able to track my order.

Two of the four bracelets look good

Two of the four bracelets look good. The nail bracelet keeps falling off, and my crystal bracelet is so big it fits my ankle not my wrist.
