I have experienced bad customer service with this company as they never hear me out with the back-and-forth emails. After 2 months I have never received my bracelet order. Pictures from website appears to look great but I will never know how the order looks because I have never received them, $54.00 down the drown. I will try and call my bank to request refund. I suggest you reconsider purchasing from this Valeri Mason company.

My first order did not arrive, so I had to call and arrange a second shipment. This took time to arrive as well.
Despite those issues, I'm happy with the items.

Tengo sentimientos encontrados ya que mis primeros pedidos tardaron más de un mes en llegar. Los segundos nunca llegaron , les escribí y ellos se disculparon al parecer tenían problema con la empresa de entregas.
Ellos se disculparon y me comunicaron que cambiaron de empresa de entrega y que me enviarían nuevamente mi pedido y lo hicieron y se tardó el tiempo estipulado en su publicidad.

Los artículos son muy bonitos se ven finos y delicados he comprado plateado y dorado y a pesar que los dos son bonitos los dorados están cambiando de color se están volviendo oscuros sin mojarlos.

Me alegra que hayan solucionado su problema con las entregas

I love the bracelets I ordered! I think the quality is great and I am wearing them everyday. Shipping did take a while, but now that the order is here I am very pleased.

Chain is way too large for my wrist. But I noticed an extra opening for the clasp. I wish the extra chain did not hang.

While the shipping tooka lot longer than I expected the jewelry is beautiful and I love it

Horrible. What a scam. Spent over $100, and after a few months, they send you $1 worth of Alibaba jewelry that will turn your skin green and fall apart. Disgusting and disgraceful. how Could you do this with people’s hard earned money?also it's never buy one get one free. You dont get free items. Everything is slapped on with cheap glue. They stole the similar domain name from a reputable company. Their domain was created Not toolong ago. Mostly pump and dump scam. Save your money!!

While it did take over a month to get, the company was very communicative when I would ask the update on shipping. I am giving 4 stars because I feel like the “nail” bracelet will break any day. It has become so loose that I’m just counting the minutes. I have received multiple compliments and I do love that you can wear in the pool

The deal that you were promoting “buy one get one free” wasn’t really a promotion because I never received my free item. I have reached out and sent an email stating my concerns and I did not get a response

The bracelet quality is on the cheap side they are not strongest all I can see they will be broken soon with everyday wear. Not worth what I paid for. Little disappointed in the quality

Waited over a month and a half just to be disappointed. Don’t waste your money on this, I had high expectations.

I got the three bracelets and they are true to the picture on the website. They are very good quality and have good weight to each piece. The tracking and updated emails on the arrival were detailed and they stayed in contact until I received my package. Each piece is unique and very pretty. My only issue was how to open two of the bracelets. Once we figured it out they were easy to put on and take off. An insert on how to open them would be a good idea. It may have been on the website but I did not look so see. 😁 I got another set for a friend. I know she will love them as much as I do. I didn't have an issue with how long it took them to come in because it tells you on the website where it's located. It was very fast considering the postal service these days. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Garbage! The pictures aren’t even close to the actual product. It looks so fake and cheap! They wont cover returns too. Stay away!

Ordering was easy and the website was straightforward to use. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing.

Tracking information was inaccurate and difficult to follow. The item took approximately four weeks to arrive, and shipping delays were never communicated by the company or disclosed at the time of purchase.

The biggest issue was the sizing. Two of the bracelets are so large that they fall off an adult wrist, while the other two are so small they would barely fit a child’s wrist. The sizing is extremely inconsistent, making the products difficult to wear as intended.

Overall, while the ordering process was simple, the lack of communication regarding shipping delays and the poor sizing consistency were very frustrating.

I did not receive my package and even though I have insurance on my package, they are telling me that I can’t have a refund because I have to contact a courier and have them give me documentation that the package was lost or stolen. There’s been no communication from them. I don’t know who the courier is. I haven’t had any tracking number. I don’t know when the package was supposedly delivered, but they are trying to deny a refund and keep my money and tell me I have to have a re-shipment and then pay for a re-shipment. Worst customer service ever worst place to purchase from ever. 10 out of 10 do not recommend to ever order from this place. They will try to keep your money. They will not refund you. They will not communicate with you. I have all the emails from them to show how many times I’ve messaged them and they didn’t respond and then that they’re refusing to refund my money even though I’ve contacted them and told them I don’t have my package.

I recieve 3 bracelets. One woud not latch and would fall off and another one is nearly impossible to open. When I contacted them, they responded quickly but my options were unacceptable. I could get 10% back and keep the broken items or return them to Asia where it will cost more to return them. Horrible. So ultimately no refunds for broken items. Please do not buy from them.
