Bought a Parker Coat via Debenhams website. Item returned - no correspondence - they have not acknowledged the item has been received- no refund. The company has not interacted with me at all. They have my money and goods. Rubbish customer service. Now taking the issue up with courier service - Royal Mail

Placed my order on the 12/01/2025 which was dispatched on the 13/01/2025 but I still haven’t received. I sent 2 emails first on the 23/01/2025 and 30/01/2025 but still not had a response to either. I have no issue waiting for the order if it is delayed but would like to be informed of where my order is.

Disappointing first experience …
I placed an order of £145 on 4 items which was “dispatched” on the 12th December. Ive had no update since on my order. According to royal mail they still haven't received it and I've tried making contact through email, instagram, tik tok and facebook and ive heard nothing back. And this has caused me alot of stress as christmas is fast approaching and my partner will have hardly any gifts now under the tree. I just want my items ive paid for Christmas or a refund. A real shame as the items looked lovely

Sorry to read your review - always sad to see any customer upset.
We've checked customer services and seen that the parcel was lost by the courier during a very busy time and you asked for a refund which was processed accordingly.
This is unusual but does seem that some couriers were facing some difficulities on the run up to Christmas.
Sorry you had a bad experience due to this as it was totally out of our hands and hope we can make it up to you in the future as we never like to see anyone receiving bad service from us.

The company is real guys just couriers messing about
This company I have ordered from before that are good however the silly Royal Mail guy has gone and delivered or shall I say left my parcel across the road by the bins on bin day and no parcel is to be seen I was only informed of this on the 17th and it was apparently put there on the 12th I will say they are a good company but I don’t know what’s going on at the moment people are stealing a lot and couriers are leaving parcels in silly places, not once did I request a safe place I never have, I have always said I want it delivered directly to me and I will sign for it as well as no red card received, I have bought from them many times and never had a issue always got my parcel delivered to me directly, this is the first time ever this has happened, I was away so I thought I’d have it delivered to a temporary place I’m staying at however it didn’t get to me. What I’m waiting on now is a reply from the retailer and hoping we can do something once this is done I will give them 5 stars as im a fair person. Also to the comment below same thing has happened to me no email I found out 5 days later it was delivered to shared bins on bin day, but they are a real company as I have received good from them In the past. Please get back to me on this hope we can resolve the issue and a loyal customer

It was a bit of a nightmare getting to the bottom of what happened to your parcel but glad it is all being resolved and it finally got to you after we sent the order back out after Royal Mail leaving it in s stupid place.
