Stay away from this company. Their product is not quality. My snaps gave soon after a year and the company would not fix. Companies who beleive in their product, like Jansport, will guarantee their products for a lifetime.
I did read a lot of bad reviews. My experience is different. I received my order quickly, and it is exactly as advertised. It is well built for the price and it does exactly what it is supposed to do. So either I got lucky or they improved their quality. Is it the best quality with gorgeous Italian leather? No, but it does not pretend to be. It is just exactly what they advertise.
Do Not buy! They lie and steal. If you use amazon you can return if youre not happy. These people went back into my cc and took a little extra, sent half of my order, and refuse to explain any of it and or let me return!!!! The quality is also very very bad.
Do not waste your time ordering this bag, when you order the bag based on your preference you might receive a different bag than you expected. Customer service is really no help when you’re trying to get what you ordered, they will try to convince you they sent the one you ordered. I got tired of the back and forth, so I decided to return it for a refund.
Ordered their bags and never received them after 6 months. Would have been better off buying something similar from Amazon where they actually care and have always resolved any issues. $60 down the drain.
The bag was not as expected and there’s no obvious way to return it. I’ve tried writing support@valcen as suggested to no avail. Since there appears to be no way to reach the company or to return an item, this is a ripoff and the company should be reported.
Avoid like the plague!
I bought the the Personal Pocket Bag for my wife to use on her trip to China two weeks ago. Just after using it for a week, the strap started to tear. It's such a poor quality product although the design is good. They should have tested their products thoroughly before releasing it to the market.
I was provided with shipping details after purchase and there is no option to Cancel Your Order on their website. They provide a Contact Support email address which I haven’t tried yet. They also notified me after my purchase that by completing the transaction I had agreed to their terms. There is a link to their terms at the bottom of their website and I don’t have a particular problem with the terms. But it’s not right that they don’t show the terms and confirm agreement before purchase.

The product came from China and it is not a premium quality as the company claim at all. It look cheapy and it won’t last long . I had to return even though I paid for high shipping fee back to the company because the company requested the tracking no. .
