因为不小心错买机票只能申请退款,vakatrip很负责,邮件回复的很及时,一直在帮忙跟进退款进度,最后大概过了三天退款也原路返回到我的账户上了。

I booked 3 Air India tickets through…
I booked 3 Air India tickets through them (Order No. 3497850449840, PNR: DPJPPG, E-ticket: 0982955685445/0982955685446/0982955685444).
I have not received a valid booking confirmation from the airline.
The PNR and e-ticket provided by VakaTrip could not be verified on Air India’s website.
I need urgent assistance as very few hours left before departure.
UPDATE:
The PNR was genuine although it showed invalid, I requested the PNR of partner airline - Air India Express from Air India customer support. They communicated the actual PNR, upon which i was able to check-in.
But still, Its difficult to reach out to Vakatrip customer support. I haven't officially any toll-free number.

Really very very bad...no refund after one month also
Really very bad experience...I booked ticket from kochi to albaha on saudia flight last month..due to some personal issues I cancelled that ticket and requested for refund.. still not a single penny I received... tried calling no answer... only thru email they're sending replies... before I cancelled on the Same flight on my own experience from Saudia airlines refunded within a day..but this time because of this vakatrip almost one month not a single penny I received.. very very bad

After payment my chosen flight was sold out, vaga team emailed me with a different flight time, I accepted and the ticket was issued within an hour. I was worried at first because the flight prices raised 500$ after payment.

Scam-like Experience: PNR and Ticket Not Traceable
I had a very disappointing experience with VakaTrip. I booked my Air India ticket through them (Order No. 3491829569497, PNR: F2MNYI, E-ticket: 098-2788151551).
I never received a valid booking confirmation from the airline.
The PNR and e-ticket provided by VakaTrip could not be verified on Air India’s website.
My flight was suddenly rescheduled at the last minute, and when I requested refund, I did not receive proper support.
Communication has been very slow and unclear, and only after repeated follow-ups did I get responses that did not resolve my issue.
Even now, I have no official proof that my ticket was ever genuinely issued.
I strongly advise future customers to be very cautious before booking with VakaTrip.

“VakaTrip” is a scam
I’m extremely disappointed, frustrated, and stressed after using this merchant for the first time (and definitely the last) to book my flight. They charged me for a ticket, and the next day they canceled my booking without any good reasons!..
It’s already been more than two weeks that I’ve been waiting for my refund. I’ve sent about 10 emails trying to get an explanation and push them to resolve the issue, but all I’ve received in return is the same meaningless response: “We’re sorry for the inconvenience.” (And they also don’t have a call line for customers!)
I wish I had read other people’s feedback before booking my ticket through this scammy “VakaTrip.” Don’t make the same mistake — always book your flights directly with real airlines!

Kindly don’t use this company they are a fraud . I booked a flight with them and cancelled due to Covid surge in Phuket. They were also u formed and so was the airline . At first they claimed that the airline is not reverted to them for refund . I called air India dm they confirmed they will give refund but ahen( vakatrip) need to contact them . Vakatrip never asked for refund and have fraudulously taken my money . Later they claimed I had a no show but have mails fro them prior to the flight that it’s was cancelled . This is heads-up for those who wish to use them . Kindly don’t use this company they are a dishonest company . Happy to share mails. Shameful they are being allowed to operate .

Vaka Trip is the worst air ticket booking company in the world, I am having the worst experience of my life with Vaka Trip. I had booked a return ticket of Air India through vaka Trip, due to some technical fault Air India flight was cancelled. Till now I have emailed vaka Trip more than 20 times but vaka Trip is not refunding my money. I also shared refund details and time from Air India to vaka trip, which was 24 July 2025, also vaka Trip's B2B partner has confirmed that the refund was successfully credit to vaka trip on 3 August 2025. But even after this, it has been more than 47 days today but I am not seeing any intention of vakatrip to refund the money. I request each and every consumer around the world please do not book your flight ticket with Vaka Trip, because this is a fraud company, and you will have to suffer if you choose them as your booking partner.

Title: Terrible Experience with VakaTrip – Refund Scam, Please Avoid!
I booked a trip to Delhi through VakaTrip on 9th August and made the payment through their platform. Later, under the DGCA policy, I cancelled my ticket directly with Air India.
After cancellation, Air India informed me that I needed to coordinate with my travel agency for the refund. So, I contacted VakaTrip via their official email ID. That’s where the nightmare started.
First, they began asking me for unnecessary and surprising details:
Proof of where and how I booked the ticket
The exact ticket amount
How much refund Air India was supposed to give me
Call recordings of my conversations with Air India
Despite providing everything they requested, it has now been over a month, and I still haven’t received my refund.
Air India has already sent me multiple emails confirming that they have processed and sent the refund to VakaTrip. I have shared all this proof with VakaTrip. But instead of resolving the issue, they keep sending me repeated, copy-paste emails, claiming they have not received any refund.
This clearly feels like a fraud. VakaTrip is refusing to acknowledge that they have received the refund, while Air India clearly states that the refund has already been processed.
To make matters worse, they keep pushing the blame back on Air India, saying, “Contact Air India, we haven’t received the refund.” This has become a frustrating cycle where I am stuck between two parties, but all proof shows that VakaTrip is holding my money.
I am attaching both Air India’s confirmation emails and VakaTrip’s repetitive responses to show how this company is misleading customers.
My sincere request to everyone:
Do not book anything through VakaTrip. They are not trustworthy and are only here to take your money. If anything goes wrong, they will not help you, they will not process refunds, and you will end up wasting your time and money, just like me.

Refund Stuck Since May – No Transparency from Airline/Agent
I requested a refund for my canceled Thai Lion Air flight (PNR QZUNOU) order no#3483661816781 via Vakatrip on 25th May. The airline’s policy promises refunds within 60 days. It has now been over 3 months, and neither Thai Lion Air nor Vakatrip has given me any ETA. Their responses are vague, and I still haven’t received my money back. This experience shows a lack of accountability and transparency—something travelers should be cautious about before booking.
