We bought 4 Qantas Airways tickets in January 2026 to travel to Auckland on 19 February 2026. Unfortunately, my Australian transit visa application was refused. As soon as I received the visa refusal, I applied for a refund.
However, I still have not received the refund of $3,448. Voyzant has informed us that the ticket refund has already been paid into their account.
What should we do now? Could you please check the status of our refund and let us know when the money will be transferred to us? Thank you.

Hello,
I have a flight reservation from Mumbai to Hong Kong, with return dates of the 18th and 25th, respectively, on Cathay Pacific.
My booking number is 3513955751990, and the PNR is DRD4DT.
Upon contacting Cathay Pacific, I was informed that the booking is void and no such reservation exists.
This information is quite surprising, especially since my flight is scheduled for tomorrow. I am unsure how to proceed.
I have already sent an email to Vakatrip, and it has been over 12 hours without a response. This situation is rather concerning, and I am feeling quite anxious.
I would advise others to exercise caution when considering this type of aggregator.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, NOT WORTH THE STRESS

Was directed to vakatrip from Syscanner. Before the payment was made, it was stated on the site that tickets will be issued within 48 hours after payment is made.
After payment was made, received an email with the payment confirmation but stating that ticket will be issued latest 24 hours before flight departure!
What if the ticket isn't issued or fails for some reason?! I have to scramble to get another ticket last minute??!
It's now been more than 50 hours but still no PNR has been issued to me. Emails back and forth to Vakatrip return a generic reply asking me to patiently wait and that airline is processing ticket issuance (email responses from them are quite prompt and not AI generated, so credit for that)
I've booked with many OTAs before and the longest I've had to wait is 24 hours until tickets were issued. This is by far the worst experience I've had with an OTA. The prices may seem attractive but seriously not worth the stress.

I accidentally bought the wrong…
I accidentally bought the wrong tickets, which i realized immediately after receiving payment confirmation. I contacted customer service through various means within 2 minutes of my purchase . They best they could do was to offer to change my tickets (2 tix cost $75 each) for the tickets I wanted (which also cost $75 each) for USD $395. Why in the world would I do that. I honestly think these companies make money off of people's mistakes without any thought towards customer service or customer loyalty. Never again will i purchase my tickets through Vakatrip.com.

Unprofessional Customer redressal
Booking ID - 3491520531252. Booked a ticket and due to Airline rescheduling, cancelled the ticket. Been chasing VakaTrip for 5 months for refund and still no response from them. Do not trust this website. Very poor service and do not work professionally. They are not sharing any update on the refund request placed just standard response. Not a transparent company and they hide many information.

I have booked a flight from Vakatrip and the order number is 3499350648561 and the thing is. I have not received my E ticket. Till now. I have called my airline, which is Air India and the company responded that we don’t have a booking from your name from your email ID and with the number which I provided them, so I request you to please look into the matter. The flight details are the flight is departing from Chandigarh to Chennai on seventh of November. It’s been more than three hours. I have booked my flight, but I have not received my E ticket till now. I have mailed trip also, but no response from their side, so I request you to please look into the matter.
