Fabulous! Moved into a new build property a few years ago and have recently had an issue with bathroom taps. Contacted Vado who sent me the necessary parts immediately, FOC and they arrived the next day. Faultless customer service and communication! Super impressed!

We had our shower professionally replaced with premium parts throughout. It came with a Vado adjustable showerhead and a SH-012-200-DB-C/P spiral chrome hose. The hose has now had to be replaced three times under warranty in 18 months! On every occasion the spiral chrome casing has broken away from the top nut, just under the showerhead, leaving the white rubber hose exposed. The metal looks cheap and thin where it has split, peeled and separated every time. Nothing has changed about how we use our showers in 40 years, and previous hoses have always lasted 10 years or more. Now I'm paranoid about checking it is never twisted or stretched, but still it fails! Enough is enough. Their "12 year" guarantee on sub-standard parts is insulting. Waste of time.

Fantastic experience of customer service at Vado... Had to identify spare parts for a leaking tap which was many years old. Lorrayne from Product Support wrote back immediately and provided all the part numbers needed, plus recommendations on where to source them. She then responded (promptly and in a very helpful, friendly manner) to several follow up questions. Very pleased and would recommend this company without hesitation as a result.

We contacted Vado customer service after our 10 year old tap which was still under their 12 year guarantee started to leak, they offered to replace the cartridges and subsequently replaced the tap handles too without any quibble. Excellent customer service.

Good product but absolutely useless aftersales. cartridge worn out on a mixer tap. rang aftersales didn't know their own product, asked to send in picture on email.... No response !!!

Niska jakość produktów, nieadekwatna cena do jakości. Reklamacja bezskuteczna. Załączam zdjęcia chromowanej wylewki VADO ORI-109S/A-C/P, od której punktowo odchodzi warstwa chromu. W odpowiedzi na reklamację uzyskałam informację, iż: "From the images you have provided it appears some cleaning substance has been used that has reacted to the surface resulting in the pitting that can be seen." Czy naprawdę sądzicie, że czyszczę armaturę w łazience różnymi środkami? Nadmienię, iż mam kilka innych produktów marki w nowej łazience i tylko ta wylewka ma błąd.
Low quality products, inadequate price to quality. The complaint is ineffective. I am attaching photos of the chrome-plated VADO ORI-109S/A-C/P spout, from which the chrome layer is peeling off in spots. In response to the complaint, information was obtained that: "The photos provided show that a cleaning substance was used which reacted with the surface, causing visible pitting." Do you really think I clean the fittings in the final solution? I will mention this because I have several other products in the new version and only this spout has an error.
The aftersales team have been fantastic. Especially Matt. They have provided me with various replacement parts.
Yet again, Lee and Graham have superseded all my expectations! There are no words that can possibly express my admiration, and appreciation to the amazing people you employ. Vado is an outstanding company, who have provided an after care service to myself that is second to none.

It started leaking on Sunday, contacted Vado engineer Monday & replaced Tuesday.😁
Graham even traveled to Wedmore to personally collect the unit, returned within the hour to exchange & fit the shower unit .
Very happy, especially as it was 4 months out of warranty.
Not all heroes wears capes, but Graham was definitely our hero 🦸

I had a leak in an electric shower. Just a rubber o-ring needed to fix, but I couldn't find the right size. I emailed VADO who supplied the o-ring and the valve FOC. This was based on a product registered 7+ years ago.
I have Vado taps throughout the house. I have had a couple of issues after 6 years and Vado sent out new parts straight away. Great customer service, Many thanks
Had a new bathroom in 2016 and decided to purchase a Vado shower, in March 2021 the thermostat decided to pack up , I needed a new CPU box now fortunately at the time the shower was still under warranty therefore I was sent a new CPU box, I then had the trouble of finding someone who could fit this, I was asked by numerous plumbers why hadn’t Vado sent someone out to install this ?? We are now in January 24, and the CPU box has malfunctioned again saying E2, I have contacted Vado to be told I would have to purchase a new CPU box myself £618 + VAT as it’s now out of warranty!
Absolutely Ridiculous price for something that will probably malfunction again in a few years time !
It’s not even 3 years since I was sent the last CPU box !
Very poor product, customer service replied to my first email but not to my last where I said I would NOT recommend this product!

Bought a new flat with a Vado kitchen mixer tap. In 7 years have had two leaks, first fixed by replacing a cartridge (£30!!) , second one I can't fix and so far Vado have been completely unresponsive via email. Premium price, budget product and support. Definitely won't replace with Vado.
EDIT: Does anything think it's ridiculous that the only way to get support from Vado is to leave them a bad review here and then specifically email them again highlighting you did that?! No thanks, Vado. This is not how to do customer support.

Moved into a house in an area with horrific limescale issues where the prior owners hadn't serviced either Vado shower for ten years. As a result, both were completely caked up to the point where I couldn't dismantle them to service them.
Because I couldn't get the parts dismantled, I couldn't get inside the housing to spray limescale remover. I was looking at two new showers.
Even though I have no warranty, Vado's Aftersales team talked me through a series of steps to break down the limescale from the outside. Once dismantled, I found one shower with a broken part and the other leaking from the isolation valves. They helped me with part numbers and instructions on how to fit each part.
Thanks to Vado's aftersales I don't have to replace two showers.
Phenomenal support, I can't speak more highly of them, particularly Aaron and Lewis.

An exceptional service from all at VADO. I had the pleasure of dealing with Aaron, Jess and Louise and not only were they very efficient, timely and a pleasure to deal with, when my plumber arrived today to carry out repairs on the thermostatic valve and faced difficulties, I called the helpline on his behalf and they provided a solution within minutes. I couldn't be happier with the aftersales service level and their 10 year warranty which is great value all things considered. Keep up the great work all, kindest regards, Vin (Vista Way, Harrow)
Ditto with the gentleman who pointed out the guarantee is only valid for the first owner. I had the same experience when I contacted Vado, very disappointing. The unit started to leak and now needs replacing, together with all the tiling. It will not be replaced with another Vado unit!

Company with dubious warranty promises. Apparently, the 15 years warranty applies ONLY to the first owner of the property IF the owner registered within first 2 years.
Vado shower unit started leaking after 7 years and I am second owner. Guess what VADO left me with? You know with what..
Avoid the companies which have small print on the warranties and be careful of marketing claims. Vado still puts an advertisement of 15 years without preconditions on their website for the units.

My digital vado shower broke for a second time and required replacing after 7 years. It was replaced after the first three years and three a bit years later the same fault has occured again.
I contacted Vado and they looked up my details and then stated my 15 year guarantee for my Vado Identity shower is only valid for the chrome not the parts which only have a 5 year guarantee.
The first Vado representive said I would need to buy a whole new unit. I asked are their units only good for two or three years. She claimed no, that some customers still have units working seven years after purchase. Hardly an impressive accolade. Having spent £1700, on this shower I expected to last longer.
I initially started a process to find a new unit from an online supplier as Vado have discontinued this range. However, following my feedback on trustpilot I was contacted by Jess from Vado.
She decided to provide me with a replacement for free as a good will gesture.
I wish this had happened in the first place. Jess was fantastic confirming she had sent the replacement and checked to see if I had received it. Vados other representative could learn a lot from her. I have edited my original message to reflect these actions, and adjusted my score. From one star to 3. Had I interacted with Jess in the first place I would have given 5 stars.
I'm grateful for Jess sorting this issue out. Thank you.

Had the unit installed in September and it took until February to get a replacement. Engineer came out twice and was rude and arrogant. We were made to feel that we broke the unit and next it was blamed on a plumbing issue. Unit finally replaced but the same issue still occurs. No constant temperature and the unit sounds like a jumbo jet taking off. I regret not putting in an electric shower as it would have been a cheaper and more straightforward option. Avoid this brand as it's crap.
