Great customer service! I brough VADO products for my kitchen and bathroom as I had heard about their superior quality. They look FAB and I've found the after sales to be super too. Adam Hawkins helped me register all 14 products for extended warranties and was so friendly and patient - I really am so glad I chose VADO.

The customer service I received was first class, purchased many Vado items in 2016, brilliant quality products. One bath tap had a small leak after almost 10 years, the help, advice , and support given to fulfill the guarantee was superb

Amazing customer service, I had an issue with one of my products, they straight away sent me a replacement, no hassle. I am so pleased I bought all my tapware from this brand. Lovely to deal with and came some good recommendations, it was personal making for a great EASY customer experience which is getting rarer and rarer these days.

Vado replied to my last review to make out they were truly concerned with the problem I was suffering with , which is a Vado shower , however all their support team have done is reiterate that they won’t help because the shower is no longer supported!!!! Imagine buying a car and being told they’ve stopped supplying spare parts after 8 years !!!! It’s therefore obvious to me that Vado only reply to negative reports to appear to be showing others that they are a customer caring company whereas the reality is they don’t give a damn about a shower that is out of warranty , the moral is if you want a shower to last you for several years, DO NOT BUY VADO which packs up as soon as it’s out of warranty
I have a VADO digital shower. The CPU unit has stopped workin, unit less than 7 years old. contacted VADO to purchase a replacement part only to be told they have discontinued the product and nothing is available that would help get the unit working again.
Couldn't offer any help / advice or assistance and just fobbed me off saying it was out of warranty and there's nothing they could do.
Very poor customer service and very short sighted of the company to make a product that can't be replaced rendering the whole shower system useless.
won't be buying any of their products again!!!

I waited over a month for my shower to be repaired, for the second time. Most of the residents on my new development have needed repairs to their unit. The company need to improve their product and/or employ more engineers

I have used VADO customer service twice now for a fault with my shower and tap. The response time and helpfulness has been amazing. They covered faulty parts under warranty both times, which was unexpected. I cannot recommend their products and customer service highly enough. Thank you!

We bought this apartment in 2014 which was installed with Vado digital shower, but the panel broke in 2016 and luckily, because it was still in the guarantee period, Vado provided a replacement (both CPU and digital panel) free of charge. We were advised by Vado that if it breaks again after the guarantee period (6 years from the first installation), we have to pay for the cost of the replacement which could be around £1K (incl. VAT).
Last Thursday, the panel showed E2 after 8 years from the replacement date. I called Vado to book a call-out appointment on Friday, and the lady in the aftersales team (01934 745163) told me the product line was discontinued in 2017. Vado stopped all the support for this range in 2024 after all the stock was completely sold out from their supply chain. When I asked her what suggestions she could provide, she said Vado could do nothing to help at this stage.
I reminded her, we can’t take a shower in our en-suite anymore. If the panel in the family bathroom breaks at any time, what are we supposed to do? She suggested that we should replace it with another digital brand (no recommendations though), but there were no comments on whether it would fit the current pipe system or not. When I asked her whether it’s easy to switch to the traditional shower, she asked me to check with my own plumber. What I am struggling with now is that it’s difficult to find a plumber who knows both the digital and traditional pipe system. Can Vado’s engineering team give me some advice?
As a customer, I just want to have a reliable product with support from a trustworthy manufacturer. It’s fine if Vado discontinued this product line, but you are a professional in the industry with enough responsibility to at least provide customers with the reasonable alternatives.

Service I received from Vado has been first class. Lucy was very knowledgeable, caring, patient and efficient.
She has guided me through a stressful time always ensuring I understood and had all the info I needed.
Matt also helped in Lucy's absence.

Vado warranty is not worth the paper it's printed on. Sent my purchase receipt and video of leaking pex valve that's been leaking after a few months after install.
Guess what no warranty as supposedly seller is not a vado reseller how am supposed to knows who's officially reseller. All I know is they don't honor they warranty. Horrible after care.
Do not buy vado if you want warranty or after support.

Had an issue with a Bath Mixer Tap leaking. Contacted the product support team, who could not have been more friendly and helpful. Spoke with Lorrayne, who understood the issue and was very clear with instructions of what was required from me in order to begin the warranty process. My initial email was responded to within minutes, with a follow up email received shortly after stating the outcome along with a note to say that it is hoped the replacement parts resolve my issue. More than happy to recommend this company and in particular, Lorrayne. Thank you
