They never paid me out my money!
Don’t use this service/company!!

this is a fraud company, taking money from my end but not doing work, no one pick up call .. dont trust them .. they are cheating company..

Took a year subscription from Vasist Businsess solution for filing GST and other Company Complaince. They are totally fraud commpany. After complition of the one year, they are asking 10K + GST for NOC. This is totally extortion. They will insist you to send your DSC to them. After there service I took the service of other CA farm. But no one ask me for DSC. They always have a bad intenstion in they mind and alway try to something so that they can extort money from you. They never return my money which I paid to them form MSME registration.
Now, with so many bad reviews. They moved there location to Kolkata, to start a fresh extoration business.
Always stay away from these type of service providers.

Absolutely third class and unprofessional people. They never follow their commitment. Money oriented company. Extracts fees and don't do the work commited by them in time.

I'll highly recommend not to opt for this organization to take care of your company compliances and return filing. Very incompetent, staffs hardly reachable, response is very poor, they make lot of mistakes in the document and when u ask them to resign and ask for the NOC, they'd ask you to pay for the services they never provided. They'll never respond to your reminder email. There are much better organization providing the same services at better rate.

Worst service ever. I paid for DSC (999+GST18%), DIR 3 KYC (5000 + 1000 professional fee + GST 18%) + compliance Package basic (7500 + GST 18%).. TOTAL amount of Rs.17k.. They didn't respond after payment. They didn't even call me back after that. After so many repeated mails and calls and WhatsApp messages, after 15 days they responded and telling me that it will take 2 more weeks to complete it. Now they are telling me that I have to pay the penalty for late filing.

Scammers. They take your money and stop replying to calls and messages.
I've been following up and will make sure that this company is sued and shut down.

I am having very bad experience with this company now. First year was good second and third year is going worst and worst. I think they need better follow up procedure, RM for each account, responsive and responsible staff. Owner should look into this. I am contacting several numbers no one is picking up. I have charged for late fees several time. It's like I am paying doubles. I should have checked Trustpilot before. I hope I will get answers soon. I have seen many people writing they are going to sue. This kind of frustration is here. Company Director should look into this and resolve it sooner.

Horrible experience with Vaasist executives indecent behaviour and unethical practices had lead to delay in filing my returns. Applied for NOC before 25 days now they are demanding ₹5000/- extra for NOC letter. I have contacted them through WhatsApp email and calls. But no response. I am planning to file a case.

We are a start up company,started with getting loan .. vaasist took.payment for annual compliance and not doing any work...whenever we ask they say server problem...and this is a fraud and cheating company and nt giving our dsc...finally I applied for another dsc.. playing with career of new start ups.

It’s a fraud company, once you avail there services they’ll start blackmailing you and ask for forged amount. All executive working there are well trained in this and even there director have no business ethics. And director (Rohit Raj) is even not taking responsibility for his employee and will deny by saying that my executive has given you false commitment. When I contacted him on 01Aug22, he said I’ll get NOC in next 3days and asked me to drop a msg having my company name but afterwards his No is mostly not reachable or someone else is picking call. And when I try to contact on CA (Saurabh Agrawal) no provided in email, his No is not available since may 22, then I dropped a mail on 1aug22 but till date there is no revert from his side.
Every time when you try to call on the number mentioned on there website and if call gets connected then a new executive will attend and you’ll need explain complete scenario and they’ll give you assurance but at the end all of them deny by saying it’s not possible and ask for payment.

Last year I have opted for compliance service after having a brief discussion that auditor shall be appointed on yearly basis and for the same I have dropped a mail. And now I’m asking them for NOC, as I’m not satisfied with their service but they denied to provide NOC and asking me for payment without doing nothing. And even don’t accept any email or words.
Don’t ever approach for any service. It’s good to approach your nearby CA firm who is practising on their own. They’ll guide and provide you best service in competitive price as they know value of making client/customer.

I’m going to take legal action against the company in RoC and their CA In icai for disciplinary action.

Worst experience related to audits and compliance.
Please don't trust or opt for their service.

Fraud company !! Fake people and scamsters

I have read all most all reviews from this page even i am from banalore, so please the one who has got cheated from this fraud company, lets make a group and complaint in consumer court, i have lost almost 35000+ place i am getting notice from MCA, who is reasonbile for this, lets fight for this company and get our money back, lets other knows how this company is making fraud
I am also in stage for going legally against them and lodge case, lets all make group and fight this company

Worst service ever received in my life. Planning to go to consumer court now to recover Rs 35398.82. My company name is Brightwins Technologies Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. Please look into below points carefully before using Vaasist.com service (Vaasist Business Solutions Limited).

1. While moving from my previous accountant to Vaasist, I thought it would be great to work with Vaasist & I can have good relationship with Vaasit for multiple years to come, but all in vain in just few months of starting services. It was really a worst experience of my life.

2. I give more priority to communication & truthfulness, compare to work. As per my experience, Vaasist team is really lacking in terms of communication & truthfulness and work too. Overall, I can just rate them 20%. 80% of the people in Vaasist is good in telling lies even without thinking what customer may think.

3. In terms of work, I can rate the services somewhere around 40%. But as I mentioned, communication & truthfulness is more important to me compare to work.

4. Two times in past few months, I struggled to reach my dedicated manager (Aastha) and even Pratham (Operation Manager). I didn't receive even an email reply or phone reply from my dedicated manager for a whole month (2 times) which was really very horrifying for me. Mr Pratham who told me multiple times that he is available 24 hours a day. But he was not even reachable for the whole month and I was simply told lie multiple times that he would call me back in next few minutes. It concludes that your 80% the team members are very good in telling lies.

5. First month Mr. Pratham (Operation Manager) promised me that I would get response of my emails within 2 days, but they failed in this too. Then again 2nd month, he promised me the same thing, but again failed. Vaasist team members (mostly dedicated manager) didn't have even few seconds to reply to my emails which is really not excusable.

6. Earlier it was told to me multiple times by Rashmi (Marketing Manager) than I can contact Astha (Dedicated Manager) for any kind of issues. But most of the time she will not even think of replying my email for months together.

7. Regarding accounting, they did 30% of mistakes, just to enter 20 to 30 records, which is not acceptable at all. So I corrected it by myself spending some time and looking into each & every record. My previous accountant didn't do even a single record mistake during 5 years. Just to save few thousand rupees, I came to Vaasist, but it became my worst mistake.

8. I never faced any kind of issues with my previous accountant for 5 years when it comes to work & communication. Frankly speaking, I use to speak just few times in a year to my previous accountant as he was so perfect in doing his work. But Vaasist guys really crossed all the limits. Now I don't have any patience and time left to continue with Vaasist.

9. Finally, we mostly rely on soft speaking skills, truthfulness & then work, which Vaasist team members are really lacking. So we stopped all kinds of services with Vaasist on 08 Oct 2021 and requested them to return the amount paid. But still they didn't come back at all. I am planning to go to consumer court, etc to recover my money. Thank You.
