I got suspicious because I had ordered more than 5 days ago and nothing arrived, then i called and they said they couldn't issue my order, they said i'd get refunded but nothing ever came

This company is a breath of fresh air! They offer a fantastic product which not only works, but in my opinion works far better than a lot of the other products on the market. Furthermore, they offer realistic, affordable pricing that should make the competition hang their heads in shame! Those companies can keep their subscription services!

Excellent service for hair treatments
Nice website and user interface on first impression, very easy to self assess or have a consultation for support. One of the few companies in the UK who I could find selling a topical finasteride. Pricing is very affordable and most significantly there is no 'over commercialisation'; you get the products you order with no fancy packaging, with no special offers or mandatory subscriptions or any other unreasonable attempt to ramp up the price. Delivery was fast and the product is exactly what I needed.

Hadn’t heard of this company but found them after searching for minoxidil/finasteride hair sprays and becoming frustrated by the main players selling overpriced subscriptions. Usmen sell reasonably priced products, it arrived very quickly and in a compact prescription bottle (not the oversized bottle’s competitors sell which I can only assume is to mask the limited contents which make Sky high prices hard to justify).
As a bonus, they were on TopCashback and paid them remarkably quick, it was payable within days after the purchase which is unheard of.
The spray seems good, the coverage is good and despite saturating the hair it isn’t super slow to dry nor does it leave a crispness like other sprays. Yet to be seen if it helps hair loss and regrowth as it’s very early days.
Overall a great company and I hope they stick around hence writing this review to help others.
