They offered 5.00 on a 60.00 order. They claimed shirt was made in America by US veterans. That's a lie, it's junk made in China. You don't get the shirt you ordered, you get a Picture of that shirt on terrible material.
They say that 5.00 is better than shipping a return to their only return warehouse, which is in China. Please don't order from this fraudulent company!

This company is NOT GOOD. They charge your payment but never really send the goods.

They create fake postal packages but after 6 weeks, no goods ever received.

Be careful people!!!

The website says shipped from USA and that’s a lie. Mine shipped from Ireland and took a month to ship to me. Also the material is flimsy and see through. I’ve asked for a return label but have not received. I haven’t received any communication since the delivery. Will never buy again. You should not either. I feel this is a scam.

Definitely not made in USA, same clothes that are on Temu and Shein. Not that there's anything wrong with the clothes but just be honest and tell people it's straight from China.

Never got the item. They say it was US made. Shipped from China. I kept getting the run around for over a month. They said they would discuss refund after I receive the item. Magically it shows the item was delivered to my address when they day before it was sitting in a state 1000 miles away. They said it was delivered so nothing else they could do and ghosted me completely and won't return any communication. They charged me 33% tax which in PA there is no tax in clothing regardless. Terrible company. Total sham, do not trust what so ever. Now I'm out $30

Do not purchase from this place. It's a bate & switch. Clothes are from China. I never received my order going on 3 months. They told me it was delivered but will confirm where. They told me to contact neighbors & family to see if they received it!!! What? Are you kidding me. Told them I'm not searching for this pkg, it there job. I requested my money back. This is a scam company!!

I ordered the white top with Rip and Beth on it, not anything like the picture. Can’t get it off without help, the sleeves are so tight it’s ridicules. Ordered the correct size and need a refund, never order from you again.

Never received item. Proved it and they refused to refund me. SCAM.

Would give negative stars if possible. Never received my order from December, and constantly given the run around with different tracking numbers (that did not exist). Refused to give me a refund.

The company is very deceptive, fraudulent and downright unethical. They are very misleading on purpose. First, their website is USAQualityWear which gives no indication that the order is not originating from within the USA. But once the item ships you receive a notification from another country. I ordered items on 12/2 for Christmas Delivery but we received them on 1/8/2025. When I opened the 2 sweaters, the quality wasn't worth $3 each. They are some of the worst quality garments I've seen in a very long time. The material is not sweater material and there are no labels to understand what you're putting on your body. That's right, you have no idea what the garments are made of. And the artwork printed on the sweaters are the ugliest, dullest, hideous looking print I've ever seen. So you recall the company name, so now let me bring your attention to their email address - if you are not affiliated with PayPal, why have the email address with PayPal in the name as they do? I thought I was complaining to an overseas extension of PayPal when emailing them asking for help with the seller and they didn't once correct me. Had I searched for reviews before ordering then I would have found the low reviews already here and wouldn't have ordered from them. I won't make that mistake again. Please save yourself the unnecessary headache and stress and stay clear-clear away from this awfully, deceptive company.

Ordered a christmas sweater in November. It arrived in January. They have refused to allow me to return it and will not refund me. Additionally for a $40 sweater they charged over 25% in taxes ($12.99) to my paypal which is not shown on my reciept or invoice.

Ordered a shirt that they are still advertising. Tried support, no response. This is a fraud site do not order from them I ordered early Dec and never got a confirmation

The product I received looks nothing like what I ordered. The site shows a very nice collared sweater with elbow pads (an irish sweater) and what I received was printer elbow pads and printed collar. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered an item early December for delivery within a week. Never received my item, received a “tracking update” from the site saying it was delivered. It was delivered to a state I don’t live in. No help with a refund or any type of support, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

No update on package in a month. Ordered in November and still haven't received order. It is now January 13th

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!! I placed orders early November..They promised delivery before Christmas.. and it didn’t happen:/ when the shirts showed up January 8th, they were not as pictured.. I sent email to return with zero responds..
I knew I was taking a chance with this order.. I wish I didn’t..

First mistake I should have read reviews! Name USAQUALITY does not mean it is American made. At one point my package was held up in German customs. I ordered on 12/7 Christmas shirts and I can see as of 1/4 they are in Reno US. Maybe I might receive in time for next Christmas 😂

Do not order from this company. Takes 2 months to get your order. Ordered a Xmas sweater 11/8 and didn’t get it until 12/28. Customer support is horrible as well.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would! I ordered a Christmas shirt on 11/25 for a party on 12/14. Paid extra for expedited shipping. Didn't receive the shirts til 12/30! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $, I ordered a Christmas sweater in November and still haven't received it, despite paying extra for VIP expedited delivery. First they sent me shipping updates from China, then shipping fr Ireland. Now the shipping information says it's been in Kansas City since December 23rd, but it still hasn't arrived. Wanted to wear this during Christmas but I guess VIP expedite shipping is over 6 weeks for this company. Poor service!!!
