Came from China!!!!

Called the company Texas quality wear. Made by Texans. B.s. tracked package from the Netherlands to china and was shipped from New York. Poor quality got a big black square on a pocket. Looks nothing like the picture. Advise to never order anything from this company

This company has false advertisement. It is not an American company, their clothing is made in china! I spent $60 on 2 T shirts, they did not fit, and even though their website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed, that is also false. They said it would be too expensive to send them back.And that they offered me a measly 4 usd. The quality of the shirts was not that great and the emblem on the front was that sticky feeling kind, real cheap. All the communication was done through email, and their response to the shirt's not fitting, was that they sent the size that I ordered. They don't care that they didn't fit, nor than I thought the material was cheap. I asked about the 100% satisfaction guaranteed, and they had no response for me. It also took over a month and a half to receive my order, there is nothing fast about their shipping. I placed my order May 27 and did not receive the items until July 10. I would not recommend using this company, nor will I ever shop them again. Cheap China crap!!

I ordered several items from this company on Facebook, and was charged $100, only to find that when the charge went through my credit card, they tacked on an additional $15 in “taxes.” My state charges 9.25% sales tax, but they charged me 15%. I do not recommend buying anything from this company.

I would have given a negative rating if I could and a 1 is too generous. This is not a good company to order from. I did not get the product as shown in the picture. The item took a long time to come in. I thought it was a USA company, until the delivery first show it was tied up in Ireland, then another showed it was tied up in various Chinese locations. Buyer beware. They will not answer about refunds or provide instructions.

They sent me the wrong shirt and because I threw away the packaging they offered to give me 2 dollars. I sent them pic of the wrong shirt but that was not good enough. And it took like a month to get. Do not buy from them

Give me my money back and stop the bull crap. They know they messed up and making me jump through impossible hoops.
Still fighting and they are only offering me $10 instead of full amount. Keep getting robo replies.

I placed an order May 16, 2025 for a men's shirt and a women's top. I received status updates via email from Usaqualitywear on June 4,5,8 and 12. Updates basically said the product was in the U.S. somewhere in New Jersey. The tracking number they provide takes you to a logistics tracking site that I had no familiarity with. I sent an email to their support group on June 25 asking about the status of my order. They then sent me a link the "logistics tracking site" which again provided no useful information, like who the carrier was, or when it was expected to be delivered. Then on July 1, 2025 I received an email from support at usaqualityweardotcom stating that my package had been delivered to my mailbox. Well, it had not been delivered to my mailbox, and if any of my neighbors would have received it, they would have given it to me - we have lived in our neighborhood for 27 years, and know all of our neighbors very well. I again contacted support@usaqualitywear to let them know that the package had not been delivered. Their response was to tell me to check with my neighbors, and to check with the post office. Seriously??? Check with the post office? The tracking number they provided me with is not a USPS tracking number so they would have no clue about the missing package. So on July 3, 2025 I logged into my credit card website and disputed the charge - $67.50 for the 2 shirts I never received. I would go for zero stars if possible. This is a China-based operation - smell very much like a scam. I have read other similar review for USAQualityWear where the customer never received their order, but they were charged. No bueno!!

I really dig how soft and comfy this shirt feels; the quirky graphic pops vividly, drawing plenty of compliments from friends. Fits true to size, material washes nicely without fading or shrinking.

i have gotten in touch with this company via email. they sent me same answer twice which was no answer at all. can not get in touch with a person. no phone number . i ordered 2 items on May 2nd. still no products. very disappointed as one was special gift for someone dear who lost their son in July. i want every penny of my money returned. i am so sick of scams.

Got bunch of compliments already cause this design be somethin unique n stylish Id def recommend. I ordered this tee for spooky season and its legit awesome! Fabric feels comfy af and graphic looks dope, colors poppin nicely too.

Ordered men's shorts on 4/29/25. Contacted business 4 times about no delivery. They are now saying item delivered 6/7/25. No such thing and they are refusing to refund money. Now I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they reimbursed me. Will never order from a country like China again. This company is a scam.

I ordered 2 shirts and 1 pair of shorts. I received 1 tracking number and received 1 package that had my 2 shirts. I still haven't received my shorts.
when you email the support team it is automated. It keeps telling me my package was delivered. That one was but it didn't contain my shorts. So when I ask about my shorts or a refund it keeps going in a loop and tells the package was delivered. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE RIP OFFS!!!

I brought products from them over 6 weeks ago. One of the two shipments went through JFK 10 days ago. Their tracking says in transit thank you for your patience. There is no carrier identified nor carrier package ID number to track.
When contacting their customer service, they were unable to give me carrier and carrier package ID number for tracking. There comment was simply this is normal. There is no way it takes 10 days in transit from New York to anywhere in the continuous states.
My feeling is they are a fraudulent company. Beware.

The website makes you think you are ordering a shirt made in America however the tracking info when you finally get it has it coming from China. Be prepared to wait 4-6 weeks to get it. Will not order from there again.

Update June 19th. Still waiting on package. Postal Service advised they have confiscated due to postage not paid. Have a claim into PayPal but no luck on getting a refund yet.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! Too bad there isn't a zero rating. The shirts are absolute garbage. $100 wasted. Now that I look at the ratings on here I see I'm not the only one. I can't get a refund because I keep getting the same AI generated response when asking for a refund. I will try to report it to my bank but it's probably too late.

Fraudulent company warning.
I placed an order from this company on May 3rd and my credit card was charged that day. It took 10 days for the order to ship.
The first tracking information they provided said the products were being shipped from Italy. After a week of no progress showing on that tracking number I emailed asking for more info. They emailed me back with a different tracking number that showed the order was shipping from China and still had not left that country yet, over two weeks after the order.

I suspected this was a scam so emailed them to cancel the order & refund my purchase. They refused to cancel the order and refund my order. They told me to be patient and wait. I contacted my bank and put a stop payment on this purchase.

Since then I have emailed them 8 more times to reiterate that I have canceled the order and they still refused to cancel the order. All they do is send me "tracking updates" with a bogus tracking number from a scam tracking company. None of the 4 different tracking numbers they've provided show up on any shipping companies websites.

It is now a month later and they refuse to cancel the order despite my telling them numerous times that IF the package arrives I will refuse to accept delivery of it. Their fake tracking shows it finally got to Los Angeles and is now in Cincinnati, which is odd because I'm in western Texas.
DO NOT do business with this company as it's obviously a scam and fraudulent company.

BEWARE! Ordered 4/9/25 2 linen dresses. They arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but did not fit me. Paid $91 for both. Sent emails May 21, to the address on their website. Whether it was AI or a real person, I was told that because the correct items were sent to me, they could not accept my return and to just keep them. So frustrating. DO NOT order from this company, you will lose on both ends.

This company is AWFUL! I ordered a t shirt, but after a month I still haven't received it. When I complain they send me a fake tracking number, and ask me to be patient. Well I'm out of patience, I don't usually spend money on things I don't absolutely need, but this t shirt was really cute ...I'm angry that they just stole my money with no recourse.
