Came here at Fairview Mall Osim location to purchase a leg massager for my mother-in-law 70th birthday. The moment we walked into the store, we were greeted by friendly customer service representative. They explained to us the products thoroughly and the best thing is there’s a promotion going on. Definitely recommend.

I really like Osim Ucozy neck massager it is super comfortable for my tired neck and back.
I got it from Richmond Centre Osim store. The price is good and affordable. I highy recommend this massager.

The sales representative was knowledgeable and friendly plus reasonable price .

My advice to everyone who is considering buying their products.
1. They charged triple the price in North America compared to Asia.
2. Their products are ALL non-refundable.
3. Their product reviews are really bad in Asia.
Do as much research as possible before you pay.

The sale associate was friendly and was able to answer all our questions for us to decide on the uthrone massage gaming chair. It provided great pressure and range of massage for a portable massage chair.

The massage chair is good, but the quality is unexpected bad , the parts had issue within half year after purchase and after 3 years. The same issue happened again and when I called the head office , they are asking more than 1k to fix it. For myself, I barely use it less than five time weekly and for a item cost almost 10k, I rather buy sth from Costco.

I bought ulove2 massage chair in 2019 before father day , Around half year the chair have some problem and we find the technician to come here to fix it and then another year and fix again again and this year we have a problem again, so every year we need to find a technician to fix it
If you consider to buy a Osim chair I‘m not suggest you not to buy it .
I think Osim is a good brand for the massages Chair, but not .Take me 10k Canadian dollar to bought it and fix every year

We have a Millennium Chair that had worked properly. The rollers (wheels) that glide the main support mechanism up and down the jack shaft frame broke. I was told that OSIM does not make these any longer. The rollers/wheels are made of light weight plastic and seem inferior to the rest of the chair. Unreal that this company can does not support the items they produce!

I’ve bought the u love osim chair about 2 years ago, it was going well until lately the chair has been displaying error 16 on the screen and the blue tooth connectivity stop working as well.
I have to turn it on wait 5-10 minutes before the chair is operational. Just a bit disappointed with the chair.

I bought the top of the line uLove back in 2018 and the gears operating the rollers broke less than a year into it. I had it replaced under warranty. The technician told me that they used plastic for the track and he has seen many many failures. Now my chair is out of warranty and is having similar issues of jerky movements and loud cracks when operating. It will cost about 600 to repair... Overall very disappointed in the quality and reliability as this brand came highly recommended by my mom who lives in Taiwan. I paid over 6k for a chair that lasted less than 3 years... think about that...

I own my chair (uLove) for 2.5 years. It starts to show "error 16" after I turn the chair on. I need to turn it off and restarts it again. But sometimes I need to unplug the power and wait 15mins. How can I get rid of the message?

I just bought osim ulove , sales representative at Aberdeen ctr shop is helpful and nice, although it is expensive but compare with other brands I think osim is the best and worth it !

my wife bought osim udivine v massage chair on dec/2020 online paid $4899 puls tax. total like $5300. which you can get same one from store at mall $4399. i did not know until i spoke to the store sale man. why have different price? this massage chair is too small. may be for small figure woman to use. i am 185 lbs man . i am barely can fit in the seat. this massge chair has very bad program. and it is so weak . you don't even feel anything to your body. machine is keep busy working . but , it is so weak that you feel like you are just wasting time seating over there. Osim does very good marketing and commercial. but, product is very bad. i am very disppointed. i wish i can return it. it is very expensive. i rather buy $799 massage chair from amazon. it is much much better than Osim. i previously own three massage chair all below $900. it's way better than Osim. i live at orange county california. everything i am on the Osim massage chair . i am getting very mad. it is very disappointed massage chair. i suggest you guys always try the massage chair before you buy any brand . i mad a mistake . we did not try .we just ordered it online. because of misleading commercial.

I purchased the ujolly from Richmond osim
It was very good, it could be great if there cover can stand longer. Overall I am happy with osim product. Considering purchase the uJolly.
