“Out of stock”, no refund
0 stars if possible. I tried to but two matching bikini pieces, they charged me for shipping and only sent the bottom. The other piece was “out of stock”. When I asked them to refund me shipping to find another piece they agreed. They had no matching pieces so I bought a whole different bikini. They only sent me the top and said the bottom was “out of stock”. And when I gave my refund details to customer service, they never refunded me the shipping. This happened twice that I reached out for the agreed upon shipping refund with no response. Now I have two unmatched swim suit pieces. Plus the pieces were on sale so they won’t let me return them. Such a disappointing company and bad experience.
Incredibly poor customer service
Incredibly poor customer service, no response to emails about orders for days/weeks. No one answers their customer service line. Many items listed incorrectly as in stock when they are out of stock, then after your order and they inform you item out of stock, it remains listed as available on their website! I wonder if this is a scam site set up by their competitors to give one ill a bad rep ?

Long time customer but just found out about there scam process for shipping. Be careful if you purchase a item through ONeill online. You have different options to choose from for shipping, paying up to $25 for next day air. Guess what, doesnt matter to them all orders take 3-4 buisness days. Its a scam. Ive been a long time client, ive paid for 2 day air, opted the free shipping option. It pretty much all delivers around the same time frame. Dont Pay for the Next Day!! There stealing your money.

But the negative reviews can be based upon O’Neils customer service, which is kind of inconvenient, because the brand shouldn’t have to do with customer service, and overall they have great clothing. If you wanna buy a nice, comfortable t shirt, then O’Neil is for you.
Don't order from them
for the size of the company and the name brand - this place needs to get it SH#T together. No one answers the phone or returns messages, no one answers the support email for days and when they actually do there is no 'resolution' answer. They need to regroup and re-assess their company standards. I will not be purchasing anything from them. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE., Your product will not ship or arrive ever.

Ordered 3 wetsuits, 3 day delivery. It’s a month later and they have just said they have oversold.
Initially told me they would be delayed and then took a month to let me know they were not coming at all
What has happened to O'Neill !!??
Placed an order and charged right away. Supposedly shipped but tracking shows they are still waiting for the order 9 days later. Have sent two emails to customer service and still no response 3 days later. Called and put on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on. Filing a claim with my bank. Will never order from them again.

They definitely will not go out of their way to help you. I placed an order a size too small and immediately emailed to request they change my order to the correct size and they refused, just told me to return it instead. I’ve made this request with other companies and it has never been a problem, especially when the order didn’t even leave the facility yet! I will never order from this company again.
Awful Order Experience
I placed an order with O'Neill back on April 22nd. On April 26th, the wetsuit was delivered. Unfortunately, the wetsuit had some damage and I had to send it back. O'Neill received the return on May 2nd. Fast forward to today, May 13th. I am still waiting for the refund so I can order a new suit. After reaching out to customer service, I have been told that the return process can take 4 weeks! If that holds true, it will take roughly 6 weeks from initial order to receiving an actual, usable wetsuit. By the time I can order and receive a new wetsuit I won't even need one anymore this year. I've never seen a return process move this slowly. It's insane!
Pretty horrendous customer service
Pretty horrendous customer service. There listed customer service phone number is a sad joke. They will never answer it. I’ve tried over the course of many days over several weeks. They put you on hold for about five minutes and then they tell you they’re gonna hang up on you. It takes them many days to respond to emails if ever. I would stay very far away from this company’s website. Their products however I do like but I would never buy them anymore from their website. Go to your local dealer because they most likely have a phone and they will most likely answer it. That will never happen at oneill.com.
Cannot buy Psychofreak 3.5mm booties…
Cannot buy Psychofreak 3.5mm booties from UK/EU and they do not supply EU that products either. So had to import them 3rd party retailer in the US + import costs as Oneill would not help me. Get this boot in EU/UK please!! for 2021. Its been 2 years now.
Horrible customer service
Like many others I ordered clothes on 4 June, supposed to deliver today, 3 weeks later. hHowever, it took four emails to get a response and all I got was excuses. Phone service is shut off. I will never buy from them again.
