Really great items and customer service, would highly recommend! Was gifted some labradorite dice from this seller and they are beautiful! I had a slight chipping issue on 2 of them (no doubt due to transit) but the seller was super kind and sorted this for me! Also ordered a dice box to keep my new dice safe and it is awesome quality. Cannot recommend enough!

URWizards makes and delivers some lovely products. I bought a set of dichroic dice and a box to keep them in, they had them shipped quickly, were quick to contact me about shipping issues and quick to resolve them too. The product itself is absolutely stunning and I am very pleased. Would definitely buy from them again!

This was my second order from this shop. The first time I had no issues at all. This time I made multiple mistakes in my order, messaged the seller, and was contacted within about a day. The seller was very sweet and offered a quick and easy solution, making adjustments to my order to accommodate me. The dice arrived earlier than expected and everything was just as I wanted it.
The packaging was very secure, keeping the dice from bouncing around under multiple layers. Each set came with a bag made of a soft thicker fabric and a plastic case keeping the dice seperated from each other so they could not get damaged. To keep them from bouncing off the walls of the plastic case and possibly chip off they were put into small plastic baggies that acted as a buffer. The package also included two dice trays to make sure the dice remained undamaged even when in use.
Out of the 29 dice I ordered (4 full sets and one individual die) only about a handful of them had slight imperfections, most of them hardly noticable. Considering the material, this could hardly be avoided. I am still incredibly happy with the product and especially the service!

It was easy to communicate with the seller. The product is beautiful and I can't wait to use it. I highly recommend this store to everyone. Thank you for this pleasant experience!

The dice were literally plastic with crumpled tissue paper inside and the paint on the numbers is smeared. They look nothing like the picture. Spent $70 and they will not accept the return. Won't be ordering from them again.

Not only does UR Wizards carry really quality products, but they also provide exceptional Customer Service. I will definitely buy dice here again.

Rebecca was super sweet and very helpful with my custom order, and they shipped sooner than expected! The stone that one of the sets is cut from is notoriously difficult to work with, but these dice all have incredible color and flame and are clearly made with a high quality expectation. Overall, these have to be the most gorgeous dice I have ever owned, and urwizards is a lovely shop with an incredible level of craftsmanship and love for her work! Thank you so much <3

Gorgeous dice! There ended up being a problem with the first set of dice that I ordered, but the replacement set I got is magnificent! Customer service was very prompt, polite, and generous as well. I'll definitely return to this shop when I'm in the the market for a new dice set.

I recently purchased two dice sets from URWizards. I am most satisfied with the dice and the service! I purchased an Amethyst Moon Style set and the Octarine Glitter Astrology set. Both are gorgeous.
Rebecca from URWizards always replied quickly and very kindly to messages and questions. The responses were always within a day. When I made a mistake on my order initially, that was very easily fixed by her.

There was a minor mistake with the delivery, as one of the dice sets I received was the wrong one. I messaged Rebecca about this, and she took care of it very quickly. Within approximately a week I had the correct dice set, and everything was handled with amazing service.

As a sidenote, it is good to know that the dice are slightly larger than average. They arrive very well packed in a nice container and a well made dicebag. I would definitely purchase dice here again, and have recommended it to my friends.

I ordered 2 sets of dice, the seller is super nice and shipping is fast. The dice are so beautiful! SO BEAUTIFUL! My friends and even family members couldn't stop looking at them. The little boxes and bags that came with the dice are nice, there are also cute stickers! Will definitely buy more from URWizards again in the future!

I have gotten 3 of the Dichroic Prism Dice (this last was a custom order) and they are GORGEOUS AND they roll REALLY well. Two of them were gifts for a D&D party member and our DM and they couldn't be happier. The customer service and response time was stellar, and I appreciated the tracking link I received when the package shipped.

I will definitely be ordering thru URWizards again!

Great customer service and wonderful products! I ordered 2 sets of gemstone dice and a matching wooden case for each set. The cases are sturdy and beautifully made, and the dice are gorgeous and very detailed. I did receive one set of dice in the wrong style. I reached out, and they responded quickly and sent me a new set in the correct style shortly after. I highly recommend their products, and I will definitely be shopping here again in the future!

I had ordered Dice and a dice box, it all arrived in a timely manner. The box was absolutely perfect, very well made with no flaws. One set of dice the gemstones were very pretty, but due to the wide variance in gemstone appearance, it didn't quite match what I was hoping for. They worked with me in a very friendly manner to exchange the dice for something that fit my taste a little better. The exchange process was very painless, and I greatly enjoy the new set that I chose.

I have ordered the 4th time now and I have only had good experience with this seller. Super kind and helpful contact. When you have trouble with your order, just write her, she will solve the problem. The products are super amazing by the way.

What a great experience! I have an event for my nephews every year and I wanted to make some dice for them, this was the perfect companion item! They were VERY responsive, worked with me on the custom logo and shipped very fast, and the product looks amazing!

My package came better then I expected. My dice were protected in a hard plastic case inside a beautiful white bag. Their customer help is amazing. Every step of the way I was given updates and information. 100% going to buy more dice

I ordered a wooden dice box and a full set of dice and I absolutely love it! With the order came a little bag and a felt tray and a very cool sticker hehe. I asked beforehand how quickly the order could be shipped and was very surprised to see that it did arrive shortly after. That was very nice! After seeing everything I quickly made the choice that I would definitely buy something again. The only problem is choosing what to buy because everything is just so gorgeous!
